Built in 2019, steps from the heart of Buena Vista; 'Downtown BV - 311' shares a rustic alleyway with E Main St's amenities, restaurants, music, and seasonal events. A half-mile walk east brings you to the Arkansas River with hiking/biking on either side. Enjoy the 'Lawn' amphitheater & Surf Park at South Main, and the vast events/gatherings it holds throughout the year.

The space

Designed with rustic-modern finishes, the first floor boasts an open-concept 'Great Room' including a living room, kitchen, and dining area, alongside a powder room. The 'Great Room' lends itself to the entertainers of the world as a place to talk, laugh, drink, and eat.

The second floor holds three bedrooms (1 King Room, 1 Queen Room, and 1 Bunk House with 4 Full beds). The queen and bunkhouse rooms share a full bathroom upstairs with a large bathtub, while the master suite has its own private full bath. Each room is equipped with a floor fan and/or ceiling fan (sometimes both) for airflow and white noise. We consciously used soundproof insulation between the walls to give our guests reassurance of a good night's rest.

Parking - Plenty of parking for all guests on the street in front or in the back driveway off the ally.

Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are possible. Please ask to see if they are available.

Check out 'Downtown Buena Vista - 315' if you have a large group. Two adjacent homes can sleep 16 to 20 comfortably!

We've stayed in BV two times before, and this was by far our best experience. Such a beautiful and comfortable home, and more spacious inside than it appears to be. Hard to imagine a a better location for a VRBO of this caliber.

Perfect location & great space for a family

The house could not be in a more perfect location. All restaurants & shops only 1 block away. This home was the most stocked rental we have ever been at. It was very clean, spacious & the bunk bed room was a hit with my children. We went dog sledding, skiing, snow mobiling & to the hot springs. Great stay!

We fell in love with BV the first time we stayed in early 2016 and knew we had to become semi-permanent residents.
