About this property
Downtown BV 315 • Walk to Main + River • Sleeps 10
Stay in the heart of Buena Vista — park the car and walk. Main Street restaurants, coffee shops and shops are just around the corner, while the Arkansas River and South Main are an easy walk from the house.
Designed for families and groups, this three-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 and combines a spacious layout with one of the best locations in Buena Vista.
The main level features an open-concept Great Room where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together—giving everyone plenty of space to cook, gather, eat, and relax. The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real meals and group stays, and we provide locally roasted Buena Vista coffee along with tea to make mornings easy. The adjoining living and dining spaces make it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded. In-floor radiant heat throughout the home and a gas fireplace add an especially warm and comfortable feel during the cooler mountain months.
Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms: a private King suite with ensuite bath, a Queen bedroom, and an oversized bunk room with four full-size beds. The home sleeps up to 10 guests across six beds, making it especially well suited for families, couples traveling together, and groups comfortable sharing beds. The Queen room and bunk room share a full bathroom with a large tub. Ceiling and/or floor fans are provided throughout the bedrooms for airflow and white noise for a more restful stay.
Guests have private access to the entire home, backyard and rear driveway throughout their stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy, and parking is available both along the street in front of the home and in the deep driveway off the rear alley. The rear parking area offers plenty of room for multiple vehicles and can accommodate larger vehicles and adventure toys. A propane grill is provided outside for guest use, with propane supplied.
Working remotely or staying connected? The home includes high-speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi.
Traveling with little ones? The home includes a Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a highchair.
Like many homes in Buena Vista, the house does not have central air conditioning. Our cool mountain evenings usually make open windows and fans very effective, and we provide ceiling and/or floor fans throughout the bedrooms for added comfort and airflow.
We’re happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval. Please let us know before booking or bringing a pet so we can confirm the stay and arrange the applicable non-refundable pet fee. We simply ask that pets be kept off the furniture and that guests clean up after them outside.
Because we’re located in a residential downtown neighborhood, we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
We want you to have a comfortable, easy stay and plenty of privacy to enjoy the home and Buena Vista at your own pace. We’re always available if you need anything during your stay and can be reached quickly by message or phone.
Need a little more flexibility? Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the surrounding reservations — just ask.
Traveling with a larger group? Our nearly identical sister property, Downtown BV 311, is right next door. Booking both homes creates a convenient setup for extended families, wedding groups and larger gatherings of approximately 16–20 guests.

About the host
Hosted by Dan Berdelle
Meghan, Annabel, Millie, and I built our mountain 'downtown' home in Buena Vista in 2019. We fell in love with BV the first time we stayed in early 2016 and knew we had to become semi-permanent residents. We love the town, we love the people, and we truly hope everyone who stays at our place enjoys it as much as we do...
Why they chose this property
We were looking for the energy that downtown BV brings and the opportunity to build our own home in the middle of all the action was something we could not pass up.
What makes this property unique
Short Walking distance to everything you need in BV!
