About the host
Hosted by Jo Reese

I moved to this area several decades ago. I live in Buena Vista, CO, a popular and small mountain town, nestled next to the Continental Divide, at 8000 ft. I rent out my 15-acre ranch, Cottonwood Spirit Ranch, through this site. We have multiple creeks & ponds & lots of wildlife.
I also own Goddard Ranch, which sits on over 100 acres. (This is also rented out through this site.) It's surrounded by 1.2 million acres of public land and many miles of trails for Jeeps, hiking, or horseback riding. This ranch is surrounded by mountains. Our county is comprised of about 85% public land. We enjoy the breathtaking views, elk, deer, moose, and, of course, vast areas of unspoiled terrain.
For fun, I love to enjoy hiking, biking & camping. I also love to ride ATVs, motorcycles, or Jeeps. This works out great for me to rent my properties while I am out doing other things.
