Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Wonderful condo right on the beach in the beautiful Adagio property. Condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed with lots of space and everything we could want to have a relaxing family beach vacation. The heated pool overlooking the beach was fantastic. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The corner view couldn't be beat and everything was clean and well maintained. We had no need to contact the rental company as we had no issues, but they had prompt communication with us regarding codes and timing. My only note is I wish the foyer had a clear spot for all your beach gear. We had to flop it on the ground most days. A bin or rubber mat would've maybe helped decrease any mess.

This was an absolute perfect rental. We have been visiting the Destin are since the 80’s and this was by far the most stunning view we have witnessed in a condo. If I could give the condo and the property manager 10 stars I would.

The condo was really nice and bright with lots of windows and an amazing view of the ocean. The balcony was a great spot when not on the beach. The place was well decorated and comfortable with all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

2023 family vacation

We had an amazing time together at the beach and this condo was perfect. The beds were heavenly & the kitchen was so well stocked! I love to cook and it was nice to have everything I needed. We also appreciate how private the balcony was. We’ve stayed at Adagio before and I’m sure we will stay there again!
