Heart of Marquette, close to downtown, Lake Superior and 3rd Street

Stay in the heart of Marquette in this lovely updated late 1800's farmhouse loaded with charm and character! The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located steps away from Marquette's best restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops!

Local favorites, including the Sweet Water Cafe, Black Rocks Brewery, Down Wind Sports, Contrast Coffee, and Third St. Bagel are just steps away. With a short walk or an even shorter bike ride, you'll have access to the pristine beaches of Lake Superior and the excellent biking and hiking trail network.

The kitchen with bar and dining room make an excellent gathering space. The South-facing position of the home means gorgeous natural light streaming in to illuminate the maple hardwood floors.

The front porch and back deck off of main bedroom are great spots to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktails.

There are flowers all around the house, including lilacs. Hopefully some edible chives too!

Hard-wood floors, tiled bathroom, large capacity washer and dryer. New appliances including a stainless interior dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, and a large capacity bottom freezer refrigerator.

Stocked with all the amenities an individual, couple, or small group would need for an extended stay, the house is perfect for family-style vacations in a small urban setting.

The main bathroom and shower is on the second floor and the second bath and shower is in the basement. There is no toilet on the main floor and there is no bathtub available. But there are lots of fresh towels, soap, and shampoo. We have two outdoor security cameras, one by each door.

The house was lovely with all the amenities we could ever need. Location is perfect for walking to many of the local spots or simply a short drive away from everything else. Great place to take in Marquette! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect location and size for our weekend in Marquette! The property was centrally located for the things we wanted to do and walkable for shops/restaurants. Great hosts, house, and location! Would stay again!

A good upgrade to an older home. Nicely decorated, roomy, and well-equipped. A large country style kitchen, a roomy dining room, and three bedrooms. Unfortunately only one full bathroom upstairs. (Good exercise)Close to 3rd street and all of its attractions.(We witnessed a music festival and a homecoming parade)Appliances are excellent and most windows have screens. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and other fans available.

Fantastic Girls Getaway Weekend

Online running friends descended from four states to surprise a friend and run a 20k and 5k race with her. Best weekend for all of us! The house was perfect with the bedroom arrangement. We were in walking distance of everything- breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping, waterfront. Super convenient. Loved it all!

Family Fun

This was our 3rd time staying here. Location is key in Marquette and this home is surrounded by lots of restaurants, breweries, shopping and quick access to the lake. The kitchen is well equipped!!! We will definitely be back!!
