We had an amazing family vacation in this beautiful beach house. The house was very spacious, it looks so much bigger once you are inside. I loved that everybody had their own space but the living room, kitchen and dining room areas made for a great place to all come together for great memories. The short walk to the beach was amazing and it was never that crowded. The pool was nice, the hot tub did not get that hot though. The convenience of having an elevator to bring our stuff in and out was great. I would recommend this home to a large group, we loved it.

Family Reunion at the Beach

It was a wonderful beach vacation at an amazing house. The ocean views from the main family room were spectacular! It was perfect for my older mother. I wish it was a longer trip.

Great Family getaway

The rental was great. It was spreadout enough that we didnt feel cramped. As with any trip there were small issues that would come up and the owner was very responsive to fix any issues as they arose. Would stay again.

Alittle pricey..but nice place Concern though is it needed spraying for the palmetto bugs. Nasty. We had several to deal with

We have since had exterminators treat the entire home. However, in South Carolina, it's impossible to eliminate them completely. Thanks!

Expected more for the cost

There was no overflow parking across street as listing said & several unit spots were still occ. by workers, after 4pm.Some family had park 3 miles away, all week. While unloading, a strange kid is running around inside telling us get our stuff off the beds so her parents can put on the linens! Fought sugar ants all week, fixed a sink & a door handle, called to have exterior door handle fixed, he took two days to arrive. Had to remove handle during that time so handicapped sister could use elevator getting to & from pool. For a cost of well over $25,000, I expected better conditions and service. Overflow parking and especially map, should be removed from listing. However, our family still had a great time being together.

Great space!

Nice house. Clean. Great views. A little far if you’re trying to spend time in Myrtle Beach but we didn’t mind. Easy check in. Some stairs. Other than that we would gladly stay again.

Relaxing get away

We loved the house. The location was amazing. So close to the beach with it's own walkway, pool, and hot tub. It was nice to have a pool table and movie room for kids to have something to do when inside.

Relaxation at North Myrtle Beach

The house is fantastic and just as described on the website. The kitchen was well equipped, and our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Our only complaint is that it took 3 days to get the correct remotes for the TVs. The cable remotes were in place but not the remotes needed to access the special TV selections (Netflix, Prime etc). We would definitely stay at this rental again!

Great place for large family

The property was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Parking was very tight. We were missing a welcome kit with instructions. We didn’t know what days to take trash out and what needed to be done upon checkout. There were bugs throughout. There was a spider as soon as we walked in. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights at the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Kitchen was amazing.

Renovated house right on the beach

Excellent location. House almost new and in good condition. Beach was great and while a bit crowded, you can walk to the end of the stretch where there’s fewer people. In terms of room for improvement - the House was a bit unclean when we got there. I think it’s because the turnaround time is so short. Suggest taking a day in between renters to deep clean including the patio furniture outside. Or have a bigger crew of cleaners. Also if you’re on the Juliet side, you can hear the residents in Romeo (the other side of the house) running around upstairs.
