In the middle of it all! Easy access to Asheville, Hendersonville and the surrounding areas.
The house is one level of spacious living with 4 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 full and 1 King.The huge den has 60 inch smart TV and lots of comfy seating, including a sleeper sofa. The open living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, there's access to the patio through the sliding doors. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a casual dining nook for four. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The patio has a table for outdoor dining. A gas grill is provided for your BBQ needs. On a cool night, you might like an outdoor fire in the pit on the patio. There's even a large grassy yard to toss a ball. Everything you need is close by! Great restaurants, quick stop, grocery, banks and shopping, the Asheville airport is only 10 minutes away. Downtown Asheville is 20 minutes away, and Hendersonville is 30 minutes away. If you enjoy a hike, Collier Nature Preserve is just up the mountain behind the house. There's a fully equipped, fun playground very close by, (you could even walk). We are happy to make recommendations and help along the way.

Sue was very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Friends stayed in the cottage and we rented the house. Enjoyed fire pit in the evenings after watching the sunset from the front porch on the days when the weather cooperated.. Easy access to Asheville. New Whole Foods nearby.

Wonderful Family Christmas Vacation

The house was perfect for our Christmas vacation. We had two sets of families, 3 generations, staying in the house. The layout of the house was perfect. It was nice that all the rooms were on one side of the house and the living areas on the other side. The den was a great place for fun and games. It's nice that it had doors so the young ones and young in spirit could have fun without worrying about disturbing the people sleeping. Sue was very helpful and prompt responding to my questions. Thank you Sue! The town of Asheville was nice, but the highlights of our trip were the family hikes and our trip to Mount Mitchel, which was about an hour away, but worth the trip.

Wonderful, quiet property, perfect for our reunion

Nice location. Make sure you follow the directions given to get there or you will end up getting a tour of neighborhood. The house was really nice. Very accessible and comfortable. There were 8 of us including a 3 1/3 year old and a 9 month old and everything was spotless and just as depicted. Don't miss the cute little backyard up the steps, so peaceful!

Roomy, clean house

Well equipped place to stay for family. We had 3 senior citizens, 2 other adults. Son and Daughter in law with 10 month old visiting during day. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could need. If you have older people or children with you be careful if they go on deck ( 3-4’ tall with no railing)

We rented this house along with the cottage next door for family coming into town for Thanksgiving. It worked really well for us. The location was great, the property had everything that was needed and the owner was very accessible. We would use again!
