As of February, 2022 the piano, pinball machine and juke box are not in the condo due to age of the vintage machines and the resources to repair them.


Our Phoenix West II condo is a private luxury corner unit, 2560 square feet with floor to ceiling windows with electric shades on the west side. This unit features panoramic views of the beach with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, the best view in Orange Beach! The unit is located on the 25th floor and is completely private - no looking at windows in the building next to you. You can see the gulf and the beach as far as the eye can see. The view to the west is gorgeous during the day and the lights at night are spectacular. All bedrooms are on the west and have electric blackout blinds. You can see the Gulf, Lake Shelby, Gulf State Park, The Pier, The Wharf and Mobile Bay in the far distance just to name a few.

Sometimes you can actually see the lights of Mobile. This is a view you must see to believe. It is mesmerizing. The decor is extremely comfortable, relaxing and peaceful. The living area has a 55 inch TV with DVD, 3 bedrooms each have 50 inch Smart TV's and the 4th bedroom has a 48 inch TV. If you need a place to unwind - this is definitely it.

This unit has a well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, keurig coffee maker, granite counter tops, granite wet bar with an ice maker. Enjoy our Corvette Themed Pinball Machine. Challenge each other with multi player games. There is tile throughout the unit. A 750+ square foot wrap around balcony gulf side and each bedroom has a sliding door with a cruise ship style private balcony.

The unit has a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom with double shower heads and a jetted tub. The second bedroom also has a king bed, this bedroom also has a private bathroom with double shower heads.
The third bedroom has 2 queen beds with private bathroom and the fourth bedroom has full over full bunk beds with a full trundle bed and private bathroom. All bedrooms have electric blackout blinds.

The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board.
Phoenix West II is set up for families to enjoy with amazing amenities including a lazy river with water slide, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, splash pad, 6 hot tubs, men and women's saunas, barbecue grills, exercise room with an awesome view. In addition, families can enjoy beach services, rent umbrellas and beach lounges by the day or week. Phoenix West II is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard at the west end of Orange Beach.

As of December, 2020 we are allowed 2 parking spaces and additional spaces upon availability. Parking passes are $50 per pass per stay. Additional parking passes are first come first serve. Offsite overflow parking may be available.
