If we had known, we could have provided extra towels during your stay. We previously had towel hooks in the bathrooms, but unfortunately they were repeatedly pulled out of the walls. We do have towel racks, although we agree that hooks are very convenient and would be a great addition if we can find a more secure option. As for salt and pepper shakers, most condos in the area do not provide shared seasonings due to sanitary concerns. We also appreciate your suggestions about tissues and additional lighting in the living area, and we'll certainly keep them in mind.
