Washer and dryer in the unit. Located in the beautiful Naples Heritage. Gated community with a guarded gate 24/7. Golf course. Club just finished all new amenities and looks wonderful, new swimming pool, new tennis courts, new gym for you to enjoy. Tenants to pay $ 100.- for Lease application and $ 800.- membership transfer fee to have access to golf, driving range, putting greens, tennis courts and restaurant. During the high season we are booking leases to start on the first day of each month. .
