It was very nice stay and the owner was good with communication. Everything was great besides just a decent amount of lady bugs here and there but it was good stay besides that
Stay was great! Great place with good fireplace. Only thing is the place had no heater only small space heaters that didn’t really help much. So if you’ll go in the winter make sure to bundle up. Other than that, great experience.
Cozy cabin with beautiful setting in the mountainside.

The A frame is very nice and we felt very comfortable there. The yard did need some maintenance and it would have been nice to be able to use the outdoor amenities. Overall it was a very good stay.

The listing is inaccurate. It states there is an oven and microwave however the oven was removed from the wall and no longer there and no microwave. We went shopping and wasted so much money buying food we couldnt make. We had to eat out the whole time. There was a stove top but couldn't figure out how to use it it was so old. There were linens provided but we also had to go buy towels to shower as there was none but says they are provided on the listing. The place was not clean prior to our arrival. Empty toilet paper roll on shelf in bathroom along with sink sponge and the people before us left a lil girls necklace in bathroom. Thats how we could tell it wasn't cleaned. Old water bottles left in fridge and body wash and shampoo bottles in bathtub and hair all over tub. The fridge was at its coldest and would not keep our liquid cold. Place is way out of date needs serious work not a place to bring kids as its unsafe. There is a weird room in the bathroom that holds all the home improvement stuff and is only blocked by a curtain. The owner is super nice and asked how we were doing. Messaged a few times to check in. He needs to update his listing to the accuracy of the place and provide the necessities listed in his ad. Im sure because it was winter he was doing some things in there but needs to remove it from being rented until after hes done.
Cozy house with great view. Was surprised it was not as clean as it should ,considering there is an additional cleaning charge. Was dust on the top of the walls and kitchen had a urine smell. But it fit our short stay need.
The view was beautiful, so quiet too. Check in was super easy. I stayed in one of 2 I believe. Was expecting just me but that's on me for assuming and not reading into the rental properly. Unit was clean but outdated. Walls are paper thin, I could hear the other guests and they were loud past 1230 am on my first night. Nothing negative about the owners, nothing they can do about rude guests.
We had an amazing weekend. The house is a bit outdated, but we were there to be outside. There is another rental connected to the A-frame. The walls are very thin, but we didn't mind at all. (We're used to the loud city). They have their own fire pit and outdoor section in the back yard. The A-Frame has the huge fire pit and seating area in the front. There's anything you need within a 10 min drive(groceries, alcohol, restaurants, etc.) Main St was super cute,we strolled around to look at the shops and got some lunch. It is also only a 20 min drive to lake Wallenpaupack where we rented Kayaks for a day. We would definitely stay again. It was a great weekend getaway from the city.

Thanksgiving weekend / anniversary stay
Pros: cozy, quiet and secluded property, near Main Street with good options for food and shopping, comfortable bed, Morgan was super responsive.
Cons: As a number of other reviewers started (and found to be surprising) the A frame unit is just one of 2 rentals which are connected and share many thin walls — we were shocked to find out we were not alone. We were only told about them once we heard their footsteps and inquired with Morgan. Kitchen needs some love and care, no frills but can suffice for very basic camping-style meals. Difficult to know what outdoor area was meant for us or the other rental property. Saw one mouse, surely more are around.
Overall, we enjoyed our anniversary — we’re easy to please!

Wasn't happy but greatful
After arriving at the destination that was picked due to what me and the girlfriend wanted. I found that there were already people in the location that we requested. I called the host and the host was nice enough to accommodate us into another location that he had within driving distance, but was not what we were looking for at all. Very grateful that he was able to do what he did but not happy with the situation at all. And to be honest I want some kind of money back due to the fact that it wasn't what we asked for and agreed upon.
Absolutely horrible experience with this property owner,
Was notified one hour prior to my stay that it was cancelled for because of over booking..really !! I travelled that far and my stay was cancelled why? This has really turned me off to VRBO..I guess your company has poor communications..they said they called me, checked my call log no unknown phone calls, no messages.I messaged owner the morning of my stay for the key code for property..no answer until 2:05 pm that afternoon in a email explaining about my cancellation while I. Was on the road and one hour away..Extremely poor communication by VRBO.
Had a great time there this past weekend. The place was clean and well-maintained. I wasn't aware of another rental being attached, but that could've been an oversight on my part. Will definitely be back!
Arrived early in hopes of erecting wire antennas into tall trees near house. Manager was very kind, understanding and helpful with all aspects of our stay.
Myself and my nephews spent a night in this apartment. Had a great time sitting around the fire in the evening and watching playoff baseball. Place was clean but a little outdated. Overall, it met our needs for a good price and we enjoyed our stay.
