T2 cabin of 40 m² + 7 m² of private terrace.

Recent apartment in a small condominium located 400 meters from the heart of the village of Loudenvielle.

Located on the ground floor. It consists of a large living room-kitchen with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage.

The cabin closed by a curtain is of a large area because it accommodates a double bed (140), as well as 2 large storage cupboards (shelves, wardrobe).

The bedroom at the back of the apartment is made up of a bunk bed (90 cm bed) and a shelf.

Bathroom and separate WC.

Private terrace of 7 m² with electric blind.

Excellent séjour à Loudenvielle

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement avec une belle vue sur la montagne. La météo nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse. Nous avons pu aller à pied faire nos courses, se balader au lac, et ême aller au cinéma.

Un gîte à proximité de tout.

Pratique et bien situé. Le gîte permet, sans prendre la voiture, d'aller randonner, de profiter du lac et de faire ses quelques courses. Un endroit très fonctionnel.

L appartement est très bien situé on peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo Très propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin vu sur les montagnes avec le bruit de la cascade a côté un petit coin de paradis La résidence est très calme On y reviendra on a pas eu le temps de tout voir

Location bien située, vue magnifique, beaucoup à faire dans les Pyrénées. On ne s'en lasse jamais. Pour la location j'ai mis 4 étoiles car la cafetière était horriblement sale pas nettoyer de plusieurs semaines voir mois, la lunette des WC pas nettoyée également ainsi que de la poussière sur l'abattant et le réservoir. Enfin rien de bien grave mais pas agréable. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain. Mais l'appartement est super on y était très bien.

Vacances sportives !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Loudenvielle. Beaucoup d'activités proposées, très belles randonnées pour tous les niveaux, le centre Balnea pour se relaxer après les randonnées, le tour du lac de Génos très bien aménagé. Logement au calme, à 5 min à pied du centre, très propre, le petit plus : la terrasse au soleil l'après midi !

Appartement conforme à la description de l annonce

Séjour magnifique environnement au top balade randonnée et station de ski à proximité correspondant à nos attentes skywall pas d’avis car il était en maintenance par contre et pas des moindre Parking particulier attention a l emplacement car il y a des voisins pas très accueillant à notre arrivée car l emplacement de l appartement est derrière l avant toit et cela n a pas convenu à un propriétaire qui nous a fait la réflexion de se garer ailleurs nous laissant même pas défaire les valises et qui par la suite a été absent toute la semaine VMC bruyante appartement insonorisé et pas d’isolation courant d air dans le logement Le matelas du lit 140 est défectueux et quand vous revenez d une journée de ski c est primordial à changer absolument avec taches jaunes sur le matelas et les coussins pas propres heureusement nous avions les nôtres Ensuite vous n avez pas la wifi dommage car le réseau est excellent obligé d utiliser votre forfait toute la semaine si vous amenez votre décodeur Électricité à votre charge pas notifié sur annonce
