A 160-sq. m wooden contemporary architect house for 5 people maximum, built according to passive houses requirements.
On the ground floor splendid kitchen, independent Lounge with big TV and many board-games, ind. relaxation area transformed into teleworking area, separate bedroom with a 160-cm bed, and a shower room and a toilet.
Upstairs: a separate bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm, a separate bedroom with two 90-cm beds. There also is a shower room and a toilet. There is a terrace upstairs and on the ground floor. The private garden is fitted with garden furniture. There is a private parking, a TV, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a freezer, a combined refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The house is located 500meter away from the sea, 1 km from the first beaches and 2 km from the shops at the Pink Granite Coast, between Perros Guirec and Trebeurden.

Relaxing stay in a very nice property

The property is really nice with a Lot of rooms, and a nice Garden. The House ist equipped with everything needed for a great stay (good Equipment of the kitchen, Barbequeue, Infotainment, several baths, toilets etc) and everything is Clean and with a high quality. The owners are really nice and helpful, thanks a Lot!

A lovely Bretagne retreat

Not far from the water, a modern house with all amenities and plenty of room. There are many highlights of the Granite Rose coast nearby and the location is also the starting point for many hikes in the region. The communication with the owner was always excellent . We very much recommend the property.

Un grand merci à Gilles pour son accueil et sa réactivité lorsqu’il a fallu répondre à nos demandes. La maison est parfaite, spacieuse, très bien équipée, aucun problème pour garer plusieurs véhicules. Au calme et à proximité immédiate de départ de balades nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Parfait

Accueilli par Gilles, très disponible et sympathique. La maison, très jolie, est conforme à l’annonce et le quartier est très calme. Elle est idéalement située pour visiter la Côte de Granit Rose. La semaine était parfaite.

Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang vom Hauseigentümer. Viele nützliche Tips zur Umgebung und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus selbst liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Die Region selbst bietet absolut viele sehenswerte Orte und Landschaften. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und ist besonders gestaltet.

Familien-Urlaub

Wir haben im Juni 2025 eine wunderschöne Woche als Familie im sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus in nachhaltiger Architektur verbracht. Unsere Gastgeber Guillaume und Fabienne waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Giullaume hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, es gab sogar ein Gastgeschenk.Das Haus ist hervorragend geeignet um die rosa Granitküste zu erkunden. Die Strände in der Nähe laden zum Baden ein.

Une région vraiment extraordinaire et des gens sympathiques en un mot SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons pu malgré une météo capricieuse visiter cette magnifique côte de granit rose et profiter de la gastronomie locale : les fruits de mer... Durant ce sejour, nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'hébergement tres spacieux et la gentillesse des propriétaires .Il est probable que nous y retournions afin de terminer la visite de cette côte

Großzügiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Architektenhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem schönen Architektenhaus, das sehr modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet ist. Die Qualität der EInrichtung ist hochwertig, hier sind insbesondere die Betten hervorzuheben, in denen wir richtig gut geschlafen haben. Der Garten ist weitläufig, gepflegt, bretonisch, die Terasse großzügig. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste besorgt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Komfort und Erholung

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen in diesem komfortablen Ferienhaus verbracht und wurden von sehr netten Vermietern herzlich begrüßt. Das Haus ist jederzeit zu empfehlen, die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und die Gegend um die Cote de Granit Rose - da braucht es keine weiteren Worte. Ein Traumurlaub!

Zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Betragne in einem tollen Haus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus hatte für uns als vierköpfige Familie alles, was man brauchte, vor allem viel Platz und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Terasse und der windstill gelegene Garten waren ein beliebter Aufenthaltsort der ganzen Familie. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Eigentümer sehr herzlich empfangen und er hat uns nicht nur die Schlüssel für das Haus übergeben sondern auch tolle Tipps für die Umgebung zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Rückfragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an ihn wenden. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an Gilles. Ein Urlaubsort, den man gerne in Erinnerung behält und an den man genauso gerne in der Zukunft wieder einmal zurückkehrt.

Très belle "bi-maison" parfaite autant pour les moments de convivialité que pour les moments de repos. Très bonne insonorisation et un bel espace. Ein schöner Urlaub im Golf - Haus

Der Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus war wieder einmal perfekt. Wir haben die Zeit für einige Ausflüge in die Bretagne genutzt. Die Umgebung bietet dafür sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Die rosa Granitküste hat genau die richtige Mischung aus Erholung und Sightseen und alles in direkter Nähe rund um Tregastel. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße! 😀

Cette location trés agréable répondait précisément à nos critères et nos attentes. Nous avons été ravis des équipements dont dispose cette maison et en avons largement profité. C'est comme à la maison! Le propriétaire est trés accueillant et aux petits soins sans être intrusif. Nous recommandons cette maison à nos amis au coeur d'un cadre magnifique et à proximité de toutes les ballades et du charme de cette côte de granit rose.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette confortable et magnifique maison, très bien située en plus, dans un site vraiment beau. Nous tenons à remercier les propiétaires, pour leur amabilité et les bons conseils qu'ils nous ont donné pour passer des vacances superbes avec nos 4 enfants.
