DESCRIPTION:

This new house (2016) is ideally located in a quiet and relaxing place in the heart of the pink granite coast in the immediate vicinity of Perros Guirec, Ploumanach, Tregastel and Trebeurden.
Possibility to accommodate up to 6 people.

This house is composed as follows:

GROUND FLOOR :
Large living room of 65 m2, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, combined coffee maker Magimix, kettle, toaster ..) with TV in the living room and the kitchen.
Shower room with Italian shower in parental suite of 20m2 having a bed 2 pers with television.
1 separate toilet.

FLOOR:
1 bedroom with a double bed
1 bedroom with a double bed
1 room with a single bed.
Mezzanine with sofa, TV, Play Station console, elliptical bike and children's games (WIFI access)
1 bathroom with shower, double vaque and wc.

OUTDOOR FACILITIES:
2000m2 plot with hedges, trees, grass. A large yard to park cars.
Terrace 70 m2 in wood facing south with sun from morning to evening, garden furniture with chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue...

We also offer bicycles for rent on request:
3 adult bikes => 1 bike 28 inches and 2 26 inches (25 € / bike / week)

3 children's bicycles up to 8 years => 2 bikes of 20 inches and 1 of 16 inches (10 € / bike / week)

1.5 km from the white and fine beaches of Landrellec, coastal path, seaside resort of Perros-Guirec with its thalasso and its casino, Ploumanac'h, Trébeurden, the big island, Landrellec and 3 km from the shops, tourist office, restaurants.

Magnifique location !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille dans cette magnifique maison, appréciée de tous, des petits comme des grands. Nous recommandons vivement cette location où tout était parfait. Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse.

Une bonne adresse quand on vient découvrir la région

La maison est vraiment grande et fonctionnelle : grande pièce à vivre avec une cuisine ouverte toute équipée qui donne sur une double terrasse très agréable. Le jardin est vraiment sympa, avec beaucoup de jeux pour les jeunes enfants. On se sent bien dans la maison, à l'abri du vent et pourtant pas loin de la mer. Bien située, proche de tout : à 15mn des sites touristiques et 10mn de Tregastel pour les commerces. Attention : si vous circulez en vélos, ça grimpe ! Manque un petit peu d'échanges en amont avec les hôtes et de partages sur les bonnes adresses, sur les recommandations, les balades. Mais Carole et Olivier sont très accueillants quand on les rencontre. Donc une bonne adresse quand on veut découvrir cette région.

Séjour de rêve dans les côtes d'amor

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Carole et Olivier qui sont de merveilleux hôtes avec qui la communication est facile. La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, elle est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Elle est également très bien placée pour partir en randonnée à pied ou en voiture. Les extérieurs sont magiques et le jacuzzi (dont on peut profiter à 6) est top ! Bref tout est réuni pour passer un séjour de rêve.

Endroit de rêve

Emplacement idéal, et encore plus pour les golfeurs et randonneurs. Équipement et propreté impeccables. Détente assurée même quand la météo n'est pas clémente, jacuzzi spacieux et moderne. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent malgré l'arrivée du confinement.
