Beautiful house in a great location

We are six adults and six children travelling from the UK. We found the hosts very helpful and very welcoming. The house is in a beautiful setting. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, garden & the games room. We had a great time exploring local beaches and would love to return sometime.

Excellent property

Great property with a well-equipped kitchen. Both a gas and coal BBQ provided. Excellent location and we didn’t have to drive very far to get to some lovely beaches and other attractions. Wednesday market in Treguier is worth a visit. Owner is very responsive to any queries during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday location.

Lovely holiday in a beautiful house

We have had a great week in this lovely house. As others have mentioned the reality far exceeds the photos! The layout was perfect for our 3 families, the toys and garden were great fun for our grandson as was the swimming pool. The whole property is very well kept and the gardens very pretty. Everything we needed was available in the house and more. The owners were next door but very discrete and very friendly. We would thoroughly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in this beautiful area of France. Thank you.

Very well appointed house with great facilities

Our group of 10 (with 6 children between 2-12) spent a fantastic week here. The house is situated in beautiful grounds, well set back from the road and with plenty of outdoor space and multiple seating areas. The house is spacious and very well appointed, little things like tuppaware in the kitchen and ice blocks in the freezer mean it is very practical/ holiday maker friendly. The highlight of this property for us was the swimming pool. It provided hours of fun, especially for the children. Being an indoor pool was a great benefit when the weather was a bit changeable, however being able to open the sliding door and windows to the pool room meant that you didn’t feel you were missing out on being outside when the weather was warmer. Jacqueline and Gilles were perfect hosts, very welcoming and on hand to help with any queries. We would highly recommend this property.

Excellent et ressourçant séjour en famille

Quel super séjour ! Tout était parfait : nos hôtes accueillants et réactifs à nos besoins, la maison spacieuse et très bien entretenue, la piscine couverte ce qui est particulièrement appréciable dans une région où le fond de l’air peut être frais et l’immense jardin où les enfants ont pu jouer jusqu’à la tombée de la nuit. Une mention spéciale pour la propreté des lieux et le très bon équipement de la cuisine. De vraies belles vacances reposantes, même avec une literie un peu ferme.Merci.

Das Haus und der Garten sind groß, sehr ordentlich und sehr schön gestaltet. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben: Pool, Boule, Tischtennis, Tischkicker,... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und helfen bei Fragen. Den bewachten Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten (bergab).

Tolles Haus!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Platz. Der grosszügige Garten mit Spielrasen, Boule Platz und zwei Sonnen Terrassen mit Sitzmöbeln, für jeweils 12 Personen ist herrlich! Das Haus und die Küche sind ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet - man findet alles was man braucht. Sehr kinderfreundliche Ausstattung mit vielen Spielen für jedes Wetter. Sehr empfehlenswert & freundliche Besitzer.

Super séjour

On a passé un super séjour ! La maison et le jardin étaient impeccables. On a bien profité des vélos, des jouets pour les touts-petits, et surtout de la piscine quand le temps faisait moins beau. La maison est très bien située pour explorer la côte de granit rose avec des vues de mer magnifiques. Le jardin acceuille une variété de faune locale, y compris des lapins et des chevreuils ! Lovely family holiday

We were a larger group - 6 adults and 4 children and we all had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The house was all it promised to be- all the bedrooms really comfortable, really well equipped for cooking including two barbecues. The pool was used continuously and kept really clean by the owner. Garden was beautiful.And table football and table tennis plus the bikes were an added bonus! The village was great ( market day on Saturday!) with patisseries, butcher, fishmonger and deli. And we all loved dining out at The Grand Hotel at Port Blanc- a pleasant walk. Beaches were good- amazing change in tides so low tide can be very low! The hosts were wonderful and always available if needed and very helpful. We all feel very relaxed…

Een comfortabel huis met veel slaapkamers en badkamers. De keuken is volledig uitgerust. Het zwembad met overkapping is heel goed. Ook voor kinderen <10 is op het terrein veel te beleven.

Ferienhaus mit großem Garten

Geschirr und Gläser ist in großer Anzahl vorhanden und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Zudem gibt es im Garten eine Wäschespinne und zusätzlich einen Wäscheständer. Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche ist problemlos möglich. Die vorhandenen Kleiderschränke in drei Zimmern im OG sind riesig und sehr geräumig, so dass Kleidung und viele weitere Utensilien bis hin zu den Koffern untergebracht werden können. Im Einzelzimmer im OG ist dagegen nur eine Kommode mit Schubladen vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr groß und mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegemöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Spielen mit Kindern ist sehr gut möglich. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe des Hauses und helfen gerne bei Fragen weiter. Auch auf ein spontanes Fragen wird freundlich reagiert. Der Pool und die vorhandene Tischtennisplatte wurden gerne und ausgiebig genutzt. Im Poolbereich gibt es eine Dusche sowie WC und Waschbecken. Sehr praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der zweite Kühlschrank im Abstellraum ist riesig und bietet viel Platz für Vorräte. Das Haus liegt ruhig und das Grundstück ist von grünen Hecken umgeben. Daher viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Gerade nachts oder früh morgens, wenn ggf. mal Bad oder Toilette aufgesucht werden. Das Bad im 1. OG war für uns (5 Personen im OG) nicht zum täglichen Duschen geeignet. Es handelt sich um eine Badewanne mit Glaswand. Nach dem Duschen ist jedoch immer eine größere Wassermenge außerhalb der Badewanne. Des Weiteren kann der Duschkopf nicht eingehängt werden, da die Vorrichtung nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Baden in der Wanne ist problemlos möglich. Der Waschtisch ist sehr groß und bietet viel Abstellfläche. Zudem gibt es einen Unterschrank und viele Schubladen zum Verstauen der individuellen Dinge. Separates WC im OG ist leider ohne Waschbecken, so dass die Hände im Bad im OG gewaschen werden müssen. Leider etwas ungünstig, wenn viele Personen im Haus wohnen und das Bad besetzt ist. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind leider für größere Touren nicht geeignet, da sie nicht ausreichend gewartet und nur eingeschränkt funktionstüchtig sind (z.B. springt die Kette während der Fahrt ab).

Merci pour votre appréciation. Permettez nous de répondre aux quelques points négatifs que vous signalez. La maison n'est pas bruyante, elle est suffisamment grande pour que chacun y trouve son intimité. C'est aussi aux gens qui l'occupent de respecter la tranquillité des autres. Pour la baignoire, il est vrai que ce n'est pas facile de prendre une douche car il y a une pente de toit. Mais il y a 2 autres douches dans la maison. Quant à la pomme de douche, la pièce pour la maintenir a été cassée par des précédents locataires, et nous ne l'avons pas encore changée, et cela n'empêchait en rien son utilisation. Il y a 4 toilettes dans la maison et juste un seul sans lave-main mais il est à proximité de la salle de bain. Quant aux vélos, nous rappelons qu'ils sont mis gracieusement à la disposition des locataires, et vérifiés avant toute arrivée. Ce sont des vélos de loisirs en très bon état. Si vous avez eu un problème avec un vélo, il suffisait d'en prendre un autre. Il y en a 10, alors que vous n'étiez que 7. D'autre part, vous pouviez nous le signaler, nous aurions fait rapidement le nécessaire. J'espère, malgré tout, que vous avez passé un bon séjour chez nous. Cordialement J.Petibon

Des vacances en famille réussies !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, dans cette belle location spatieuse où rien ne manque. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région. La piscine couverte et la proximité de la mer est vraiment agréable et permet à tous de profiter de bons moments de baignades. La propriété est bien entretenue et le jardin est magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont accueillant et très discret. Je recommande cette location correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce.

Ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Madame Petibon war bei An- und Abreise sehr freundlich. Alle Coronaregeln wurden befolgt. Das Haus mit Pool und riesigem, tollem Garten ist wirklich perfekt gewesen für unsere 10-er Gruppe mit Erwachsenen, Teenagern und Kind. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Für alle Altersgruppen gab es Unterhaltung wie z.B. Tischtennis, Schaukel, Poolspielzeug, TV. Die Lage des Hauses ist praktisch, um einfach das Meer oder auch den Supermarkt zu erreichen. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht und können nur Positives berichten.

un endroit parfait, à recommander !

J'étais curieux de découvrir cette maison au tarif très raisonnable, et j'ai vite abandonné mes incertitudes sur le pas de la porte. Un état et une propreté impeccables, des équipements nombreux et de qualité, une piscine couverte et des extérieurs agréables et généreux... Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 grands enfants, et la propriété était tout simplement parfaite, encore merci et félicitations aux propriétaires qui nous ont très gentiment accueillis! La maison est en plus idéalement située pour découvrir les superbes rivages des Côtes d'Armor, et à peine à 15 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous espérons bien y revenir !

Location idéale pour des vacances en famille
