Located 150m 2 white sand beaches and GR34, this pretty holiday house, completely renovated and furnished with refinement accommodates up to 10 people.
The 580m2 garden is enclosed with a barbecue, garden, sunbathing and garage.

The house includes:
On the ground floor :
- An equipped kitchen: dishwasher, cooker hood, ceramic cooking hobs, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, raclette ...
- A large living room with lounge area, internet
- A living room with TV
- WC
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. (A shower is available in the garage, ideal for the beach returns).

Upstairs (sleeps 10):
- A room with a bed of 140 + built-in wardrobe
- A room with a bed of 130 + a trundle bed 90 (ie 4 beds)
- A room with a pullout bed 90 (or 2 beds) + closet
- A room with a bed of 140
- A WC with washbasin

We offer you many games: board games, books, coloring crayons, balloons, beach games, bicycles ... There is something for all ages, no need to clutter up the car, to the delight of families who come to our house.

The animals are not accepted and the house is non-smoking.

Due to its location, the town of Plouguerneau which includes 45 km of coastline, itself worth several days of discovery.
Starting from its sentinel, the flagship Virgin Island (highest of dimension stone in Europe), you can explore by walking the coastal path (GR34) its varied landscapes, steep odds, its islands, coves, white sandy beaches, chapels and even a sandy Church (iliz coz) and the Devil's Bridge and its legend ...
Many activities await you: visit the museum of seaweed village Meneham fishermen Océanopolis Castle Kerjean, fishing, water sports ...
The country of the river mouths with his wild coast, preserved and authentic, you will experience a relaxing, rewarding, invigorating and sports according to your preferences.

A wonderful house in a spectacular location

We spent two weeks in the lovely house of Patricia and David, and we loved it! The house of perfect for a large family: it’s big, well furnished, comfortable, with everything you need for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. It’s also ideally located near two lovely beaches and everything is easy to reach. There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning regarding bedsheets and towels, but Patricia and David solved the issue almost immediately. They are two lovely hosts and we recommend this house without reservations.

Sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt in einem gepflegten, mit allem notwendigen ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Alles wie beschrieben! Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld und vor Ort. Praktische Lage des Objekts, fußläufig zum Strand bzw den Stränden, den Restaurants und der kleinen Epicerie für die morgendlichen Croissants!Einschränkung: das 4. Zimmer ist nur über eine recht steile Stiege zu erreichen und daher für Menschen ü60 nicht zu empfehlen. Und das einzige Bad bedarf der Absprache, wenn man mit einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist - Ausgleich: 2 separate Toiletten. Gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit der Familie hier verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und einladend. Alles war so schön sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Auszeit im Grünen

Das wunderschöne Haus, sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir waren mit 8 Personen vor Ort und man konnte sich auch gut, einfach mal zurück ziehen. Die Lage war perfekt ca. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, vielen Dank und Au revoir

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir habe ins im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Fahrräder sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und waren für uns nicht wirklich geeignet. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus. Eines der schönsten in der Gegend. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Maison bien tenue en vicinité de paysages fabuleux

Les environs de Lilia se distinguent par leur beauté naturelle. On peut y faire des excursions merveilleuses à pied, à bicyclette ou en bateau. La maison elle-même se trouve à 300 m de la plage de St. Cava, de l'épicerie du village, et de différents restaurants. L'intérieur de la maison est très lumineux, propre et comfortable. La literie est excellente. Seul le passage vers la plage devant la maison, le bruillant établissement louant des rosalies à côté et l'absence de vues dégagées se prouvent des inconvénients plus ou moins structurels.

Empfehlenswertes Haus

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Februar in diesem Haus. Das Wetter war leider nicht so gut, umso schöner was es, dass wir uns in diesem Haus so wohl gefühlt haben. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist komplett eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und absolut zuverlässig. Falls wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen sollten, wäre dieses Haus unsere 1. Adresse.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in einem sehr schönen Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Restaurants und Strand befinden sich in der Nähe. Einzig für 8 Personen wäre ein 2. Badezimmer etwas angenehmer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Wohlfühlort

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und sympathisch sind. Das Ferienhaus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, es viele Wohlfühlecken gibt. Und die Umgebung sehr schön ist. Der Strand lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr zu empfehlen ist St.Michel (Kapelle) und der Weg zum Meer dort. Zirka 5 km entfernt vom Haus entfernt.
