'The guesthouse l'Imprévu', is a house from the 70s, located in the countryside and close to the sea, it is also a stone's throw from the canal of 'La Martinière', the Loire bike circuit, the Vélodyssée and the Vélocéan.
This house is located in the heart of the country of Retz, in a green and relaxing setting in the town of Saint Père en Retz 35 km west of Nantes and 25 km from Saint Nazaire.
The gite, with an area of 84 m², is located on the ground floor of the main building. It consists of a living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
You will enjoy the 1000 m² equipped garden, free parking for your vehicle and a closed garage for your bikes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Nearby you will find hiking and cycling trails, water skiing, horse riding and pony club, swimming pool and beaches.
