La maison est très bien située pour profiter de la côte de Préfailles, commerces accessibles à pied. Nous avons pu profiter du coucher de soleil. Tout était parfait!

Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille, tout y etait, proximité de la mer et du centre de prefailles, maison très bien équipée, plein de jeux et jouets pour les enfants, quartier calme, jardin très agréable. Les conditions d’entrée dans le logements sont facilités grâce à la boîte à clé, très bonne communication avec le responsable des entrées et sortie.. vraiment gros coup de cœur pour notre famille.

Dommage que la maison spacieuse et bien agencée n'ait pas ete plus nette! Propreté un peu limite. Quant aux exterieurs Terrasse très sale et sentiment de terrain "vague " pour ce devait un jardin. TRÈS DOMMAGE. NÉANMOINS ns avons passé un excellent week-end en famille à l'occasion du mariage vivil de notre plus jeune fille et au baptême de son Bébé.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans la maison. Elle est idéalement passée, avec vue sur mer. La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour accueillir un groupe de 11 personnes. Les couchages sont confortables. La cuisine est très bien équipée. C'était parfait !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am Meer

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Haus verbracht. Das Haus war von der Größe ideal für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder). Es hätten auch noch weitere Kinder oder Erwachsene Platz gehabt. Die Ausstattung (z.B. Küche, Geschirr, Grill, Spiele für die Kinder, französische Bücher) war sehr gut. Wir sind etwas zu spät angekommen und wurden sehr freundlich in das Haus eingewiesen. Die Abfahrt und Übergabe des Hauses war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Der Hausbesitzer kam an einem Tag vorbei und hat uns noch wertvolle Tips bezüglich der Urlaubsgestaltung gegeben. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Wir sind jeden Morgen an der malerischen Küste joggen gewesen. Das Örtchen ist nicht zu touristisch und überlaufen. In einer kleinen Bäckerei (500 m entfernt) kann man morgens Baquette holen. 2 Mal die Woche gibt es einen kleinen Markt mit leckerem Essen (Fisch, Muscheln etc.) und Handwerksprodukten aus der Gegend (u.a. Kleidung, Holzgeschirr). Als Ausflugsziel war Pornic sehr nett (mit exzellentem Eis in der Fraiseraie). Alles in allem können wir das Ferienhaus und die Gegend sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons réservé cette location pour l'anniversaire surprise de notre maman. Nous voulions passé un moment en famille : pari réussi! La maison est top, l'emplacement idéal pour faire de longues ballades, faire des châteaux de sable à 50m de la maison. Les 4 garçons se sont éclatés à escalader les rochers, pêcher! Nous recommandons vivement!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à Préfailles. La côte est vraiment très belle, on s’y balade jusqu’à la pointe Saint Gildas! Petit coin de nature à découvrir sans hésitation !!!
