HOUSE BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW PREFAILLE CALM BEACH 50 M, CLOSE PORNIC WIFI
BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW HOUSE, 50 meters from the sea, direct access to the beach, practically right on the waterfront for this unusual house, 50 meters from the coastal path. A prime location for this small town.
Ideal for relaxation, seaside recreation, fishing, mountain biking, swimming, walking, or reading in the sun.
2-story house with veranda and terrace overlooking the sea, south-facing.
Very quiet location, 15 minutes' walk from the village, close to Pointe Saint Gildas. Beautiful view of Noirmoutier Island.
The house features numerous amenities, modern like those of a primary residence, and tastefully decorated.
IMPORTANT
Linens, sheets, and pillowcases are not provided. Remember to bring them.
Housekeeping must be done upon your departure (dishes cleaned, put away, floors swept and washed, etc.). If you do not wish to do this, you can request a cleaning option. In this case, you will be charged €80 upon arrival.
Only small pets are allowed (dogs, cats) upon request. Please remember to bring any necessary items to protect the furniture if necessary.
The interior staircase, which is a "miller's ladder," is not suitable for people with difficulty climbing. The exterior staircase is more accessible.
You can park on the street to the left in front of the BlockHaus.
The town of Préfailles is an authentic family-friendly village in a preserved natural setting that you can explore on foot along the oceanfront path and by bike along the numerous cycle paths. The sea and beach, supervised in summer, are a 2-minute walk away. A privileged location facing the ocean and the island of Noirmoutier. Gastronomy: Anne de Bretagne restaurant (2 stars) 5 km away.
Préfailles, a small seaside resort on the coast de Jade, is to be discovered, its landscape differences at the different ends of the commune. The Pointe Saint Gildas, rocky prow of the Pays de Retz, is one of the must-see tourist sites of the region. At the gateway to the Loire Estuary, between the bridge of St Nazaire and the Bay of Bourgneuf en Retz. All times of the year, you are captivated by the elements of nature. Before you the ocean, raging or calm with its magnificent waves on the rocks, or at low tide, you will collect shellfish, certain mollusks etc ... a regenerating iodized destination. Its marina, with its small hulls for fishing, sailboats and catamarans, a very renowned sailing school. Those nostalgic for the past, with the blockhouses that bore witness to the last world war, the semaphore built in 1861 where you will imagine yourself at the helm of a boat, an exceptional view of the open sea and its wrecks (the St Philbert, the Lancastria etc...) You are in the place appreciated by surfers, nature lovers, walkers, fishing on foot, sailing, photography, beaches. You have a few shops open year-round selling local and other products, comfortable marine clothing, bars and crêperies. The center of Préfailles, its market, in summer, very popular with lovers of local, natural products, and strolling. And then the unmissable 'Grand Bazar 1900' where its owner Georges will tell you his story and the kite exhibition. The houses on the coast all have a story, books are available at the tourist office, and in various shops. Port Meleu, at the other end of the commune, boasts a family-friendly beach and a ferruginous spring famous at the beginning of the 20th century. Don't leave without sampling the seafood at the Pointe St. Gildas restaurant, or try the local grolleau. Near Pornic are St. Brévin, St. Michel Chef Chef and his pancakes, and St. Père en Retz and its restored washhouse. Don't forget the children, too, with the Grand Parc des Legendes animal park in Frossay. Préfailles, with its family atmosphere, has the motto "Who gets wet stays wet."
The Pornic municipal golf course is a few kilometers away;
