Superb Noirmoutrine house very recent (2015) of 90m², with modern & current decorations, ideally located 400m from Noirmoutier en l'Île market square, in a quiet cul-de-sac, accommodating up to 8 people. The disabled compliance certificate is validated by APAVE.
Large bright living room of 40m² with fitted kitchen, and independent storeroom, opening onto 42m² of terrace (equipped with a awning) facing south with Spa (usable all year)..
3 bedrooms, including 1 with a 140cm bed, 1 with a 90cm bed + 1 bunk bed + 1 extra 90cm bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds that can be joined or not, depending on demand.
2 bathrooms, each with WC.
Baby / toddler equipment provided: travel cot, high chair, small bathtub, WC ring.
Cellar including washing machine, dryer & dishwasher.
Parking for 2 vehicles and covered parking area for storing bikes (Bike rental at 100m).
Electric barbecue provided.

Great week in Noirmoutier

Lots of space, all the necessities included! They even had the equipment to go rock-pooling. We were a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and a grandparent and were able to spread out across the rooms. It would equally work well for 2 families of 4. We didn't use the spa bath. Good location Would definitely go again, met all our criteria and worked very well for us!

Première fois à Noirmoutier nous étions logés près du centre ville dans une maison bien équipée, au calme , un spa appréciable , pistes cyclable au alentours bien indiquées même pour faire des marches ou courses. Un accueil par une concierge sympathique et disponible. Réponse rapide par les propriétaires.

La maison est très bien située, à proximité du centre ville, pour s'y rendre à pied. C'est un havre de paix, sans aucun vis à vis avec un plus, le jacuzzi ! Maison très fonctionnelle et les literies très confortable. Notre séjour a été très agréable.

Vacances très sympa sur cette magnifique île. Dommage elles ont mal commencé avec deux jours de panne de chauffe eau et ont mal fini avec la facturation de l'entretien du spa qui a allongée le montant de la location de 150 euros. Plus jamais de spa chez des particuliers pour nous.

un peu déçus

Location agréable et bien équipée. Si comme nous, vous l'a choisissez pour le SPA, sachez que s'il ne fonctionne pas vous aurez au mieux un avoir sur un prochain séjour. Perso nous n'avons pas apprécié cette façon de nous dédommager. Nos enfants étaient très déçus car début avril il est encore difficile de se baigner à Noirmoutier. Méfiance car prix élevé sans cette prestation.

Une location qui est un vrai havre de paix, le jacuzzi est un vrai bonheur après de magnifiques promenades ! La maison est très bien située par rapport au centre ville, très bonne literie. Bref location à recommander les yeux fermés.

2 types d’état des lieux : sommaire a l’entrée mais tatillon à la sortie. Obligation de définir son heure de départ (2 possibilités 9h ou 10h45) dès l’arrivée avec la personne de la conciergerie de l’estran pour finalement avoir sa visite à 2 reprises le jour du départ (en début et milieu de matinée).
