Detached house with enclosed garden located near the beach and shops, with WIFI, a living room, fireplace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 beds of 80, the other with 1 bed 140), shower room and separate wc. Closed parking.
OUTSIDE: small courtyard, table and chairs (possibility of the kitchen and barbecue).
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, vacuum cleaner, flat screen TV and DVD player, baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath).

Joli logement trÚs bien situé. Pratique avec deux enfants, plages et commerces à proximité. Nous avons fait plage au soleil et visiter les marais salants, le chùteau et le bois de la chaize.

Magnifique sĂ©jour de 15 jours. au sein de cette location. idĂ©alement situĂ©e. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage , des commerces du village sans prendre la voiture, un vrai luxe! L’Epine est un village oĂč il fait bon vivre, et trĂšs dynamique. MarchĂ©s, spectacles, soirĂ©es guinguettes, douceurs de la mer.. Location d’une trĂšs grande propretĂ© et confortable ! Il ne manque rien!Notre Berger australien Sisca a apprĂ©ciĂ© le grand jardin. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil Mme Gendron, et pour vos dĂ©licieuses figues.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im typischen Stil

Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich alles gezeigt, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber, schön und funktional eingerichtet. Es gab neben dem GeschirrspĂŒler, auch eine Waschmaschine und einen WĂ€schetrockner. Auf Grund der anfangs niedrigen Tempearturen und des Regenwetters roch die Wohnung etwas "muffig", das war aber nach ein paar sonnigen Tagen und etwas durchlĂŒften vorbei. Die Wohnung liegt unweit des Zentrums von Épine, hier gibt es einen Fahrradverleih, einen Lenbensmittel Laden, mehrere BĂ€ckereien und Restaurants. Wer mal original kreolisch von einer Köchin aus aus Madagaskar bekocht werden möchten, den empfehlen wir das Restaurant Mad Arome, wirklich sehr lecker! Der Strand ist ebenfalls fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und mit dem Fahrrad kommt man auf sicheren Radwegen schnell nach Noirmoutier. Die Straße die manchen Vormieter gestört hat, war fĂŒr uns kein Problem, wir haben sie kaum wahrgenommen.

Une trĂšs belle maison

Une trĂšs belle maison, bien entretenue et Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce qu’il faut, rien ne va vous manquer. Les propriĂ©taires Madame et Monsieur Gendron sont trĂšs accueillants, attentifs et Ă  l’écoute. La maison est situĂ©e au calme Ă  400 m de la plage et Ă  quelques pas de la place du village avec magasins, restaurants et cafĂ© – ne manquez pas la Boulangerie du Moulin ! Nous avons passĂ©s deux semaines trĂšs agrĂ©ables Ă  l’Epine – recommandation.

Toll, aber nicht 5 Sterne

Das Objekt war gut. Sauber. Ausstattung war okay. Nette Vermieter. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Ort. Aber fĂŒr 1200€/Woche fehlte es an vielem, um 5 Sterne zu geben: - laute Straße vor dem Haus mit extrem viel Verkehr, - wenig PrivatsphĂ€re durch wenig Sichtschutz zur Straße hin Kein Sonnenschirm (war angeblich von Vormieter geklaut, was aber nicht unser Problem ist) - defekter Rauchmelder, der mehrfach unmotiviert Alarm schlug und nachts anfing zu piepen. Vermieter reagierten darauf mit Schulterzucken Und ich finde, wenn man in einem Gebiet wohnt, in dem Meersalz fĂŒr 1€/Kilo angeboten wird, wĂ€re es eine nette Geste gewesen, mal so ein PĂ€ckchen zur BegrĂŒĂŸung in die Ferienwohnung zu stellen. Aber das wĂ€re die Extrameile gewesen, die ich am Ende dann nicht mehr erwartet habe. Dass BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher nicht vorhanden, sondern gemietet werden mĂŒssen, hĂ€tte man uns gerne auch ohne Anfrage sagen können. Egal. -Alarm schlug Verkehr

Die Anzeige hÀlt was sie verspricht

Wenn man kein Halligalli mag, sondern entspannt die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig. Zahlreiche große SandstrĂ€nde laden zum Sonnenbaden ein. Jeden Tag ein schöner Markt in einem Ort. Das Haus wunderbar ausgestattet, wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr WohlgefĂŒhl.

Vacances idéales pour qui aime la mer , les jolies maisons blanches avec leur jardin trÚs soigné, la pinÚde, les jolies plages de sable . Parcours en vélo idéal ! Et un plaisir de manger des hußtres !!

Tolle Lage und alles, was du brauchst, in der NĂ€he

Das war ein durch und durch tolles Erlebnis. Von der Buchung ĂŒber die Kommunikation und den Check-in bis zum Check-out. Die Lage ist perfekt, um leicht zum Strand zu kommen, mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen, zu joggen, Vögel zu beobachten, frische Austern zu essen und frische Produkte auf dem Markt zu kaufen. 2 SupermĂ€rkte sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, eine BĂ€ckerei 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist so, wie du es auf den Bildern siehst, einfach eingerichtet, aber komfortabel. Man sieht es nicht, aber der KĂŒhlschrank ist groß und hat eine kleinere Gefrierfach oben drauf. Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt und waren glĂŒcklich, 3 wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an Familie Gendron fĂŒr ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr hĂŒbsch und vor allem auch mit dem großen und schönen Garten, welcher von einer Mauer umschlossen ist, so dass unsere Kinder und Hunde sich darin frei bewegen konnten. Es ist auch nett eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zudem war es sehr sauber. Das Ehepaar Gendron ist sehr nett und haben sich sofort und gut gekĂŒmmert, wenn Bedarf war. Der Check-In und der Check-out sind ebenfalls reibungslos und nett verlaufen. Die Lage des FerienhĂ€uschens ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt in einem netten Örtchen mit u.a. Restaurants und sehr leckerem BĂ€cker. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und der Strand ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Wir wĂŒrden irgendwann sicher wiederkommen.

sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Wir sind von der Familie Gendron ganz herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt worden. Es ist ein schönes HĂ€uschen und wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Insel ist wunderschön, da sie nicht zu groß ist kann man alles erkunden, herrliche StrĂ€nde, kleine Orte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Une maison agréable

Visite de l’üle de A Ă  Z. Passage du Gois avec des vĂ©los et pĂȘche de petits poissons sur l’estacade de la plage des dames. Les pommes de terre sont succulentes il y en a partout entre les marais salants et l’ocĂ©an.
