Apartment of 40 M2 of full foot located on the sea full south with sight and access 5 'on foot on the famous beach of Luzeronde and immediate access on the beach of Lutins. Perfectly located also for shore fishing. Ideal apartment for a couple and 2 young children, consisting of a double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. Equipped kitchen, independent bathroom, small terrace. The deposit will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you at the end of your stay, unless damage is caused to the apartment.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

We loved the location right by the coast path, 5 minutes to the beach in one direction and 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants in the other. This is a lovely apartment, well equipped for a short stay, and Philippe is a great host. We really appreciated his recommendations - particularly where to buy the best oysters! Totally relaxed and recharged after a week, and looking forward already to a return next year.

Appartement conforme à l’annonce mais l’annonce n’indique pas la proximité d’un voisinage qq peu bruyant et envahissant, dommage la vue est magnifique, l’équipement est complet , l’hôte très sympatique.Nous y avons passé deux semaines très agréable globalement.

Klasse Wohnung super erreichbar und ein Ausblick aufs Meer der seinen gleichen sucht .. viele weg direkt am Meer Ebbe und flut von Terrasse Wohnzimmer zu beobachten einfach fantastisch. Der Gastgeber Philippe super sympathisch und immer bereit Vorschläge anzunehmen.. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen, waren mit zwei hunde (Berner senne) und alles top Ferien mit Hunden..

Nette kleine Wohnung , ideal für 2 Personen, herrlicher Blick auf den Atlantik , Lage der Wohnung eigentlich direkt am Strand.Check in problemlos, mit ausführlichen Infos auch zur Umgebung. Sehr sympatischer Gastgeber, der jederzeit ansprechbar war.Küchenausstattung ok, am Kochen ganzer Menüs waren wir nicht interessiert. Buchung sofort wieder.

Haben den Besitzer kennengelernt, welcher sehr umgänglich ist und viel über die historischen Gegebenheiten dieser Insel berichtet konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen die absolute Nähe zum Meer mit den Gezeiten. Dazu die Spaziergänge mit unserm Mini-Schnauzer und dessen Freude mit Sand und Muscheln zu beobachten, toll.

Très bel emplacement, à recommander

Le logement très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons pu randonner sur le chemin qui longe la maison et en bord d'océan! Notre hôte très courtois. A l'occasion nous sommes prêt à revenir dans ce gîte.

Le logement de l'Herbaudière est très bien situé , au calme en bord de mer, proche des commerces de proximité et du port L'aménagement est très confortable et spacieux . Excellent accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire. Je recommande !
