About this property

5200 sf Luxury Pocono Private Retreat with HOT TUB, SAUNA and Game Room.

We would love to share our private getaway located at “The Estates” at Emerald Lakes with you. VERY SPACIOUS AND CAN COMFORTABLY SLEEP large groups. It is located on almost 3 acres, just 90 mi from Philadelphia and Manhattan.
Booking now includes $5,000 Damage Protection in the $50 property fee.
Upgraded amenities of our home include quality mattresses, 1-70” television along with 6-50-65 "inch tv’s with HULU+/DISNEY+ and Wi-Fi . Our kitchen is fully stocked to easily accommodate your guests. We provide what we would want when we travel.
Game room includes pool table, ping pong table, foosball, air hockey and poker table. Enjoy our large deck with 2 patio dining sets, gazebo with additional outdoor seating and fire pit. Outdoor games, badminton, corn hole toss and Horse Shoe. Our private property is beautifully landscaped and boasts a tranquil pond with waterfall.

Community Amenities: (OPTIONAL.) PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED FOR COMMUNITY AMENITIES.
• Boating & Fishing - We have 2 canoes available for your use. The house is surrounded by 6 lakes and many types of fish are found in the lakes to include pickerel, carp, bluegill, crappie and panfish. However, the most popular is the bass. The lakes are stocked each year with bass and are a catch and release only. Everyone is required to obtain the appropriate Pennsylvania State license to fish the lakes. Can be purchased at nearby Walmart.
• Main Beach - This beach area is located on East Emerald Lake off Sage Road (a few minutes from the house). You will find a groomed beach area with roped-off swimming in the lake. The facility also includes a restroom building, children’s play structure, picnic tables and boat racks with a launch area.
• Outdoor Pool - located on Cedar Drive, 2,500 square foot, 100,000 gallon pool is a popular attraction in the summer. The water is heated and guaranteed fun for the family. There is a restroom building
NOTE: To book, guest must be over 25 and staying in the home to rent.
We will be sending additional paperwork to the booking guest including house rules, liability waiver, and rental agreement. You will need to provide Drivers License and the Licence plates of the vehicles that will be on the property during your stay.

Pocono Adventures

Spacious, well appointed house on lovely property accomodated a large group of friends. Comfy beds and so many amenities, we thouroughly enjoyed the hot tub after white water rafting. So much to do in Jim Thorpe and surrounding area just a short drive away.Hosts were extremely gracious and a step ahead through entire process.

Great for kids

This was our second time at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first! This home is very kid-friendly and has a great set up. There are also many amenities close by. Our family had a blast!

Best 70th birthday celebration!

Honestly, this was the most perfect house to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday! We had adults and kids ranging from 1.5 years old to 70 and everyone found something they loved about the house. There was nothing Olga did not think about and it made traveling with youngsters easy to have all we need right at our finger tips. I highly suggest staying here!!!

Best Family Ski Trip

This was the perfect house for our 4 family ski trip:8 adults and all 7 of our grandchildren. The kids had the best time in the game room -all of them young and older. The hot tub was a welcomed respite after a day of skiing. The bedroom setups were perfect for all of us. If we ever head back up to Camelback to ski we will return to this home.

Long Pond Visit

Our stay at this home was wonderful! Our family of 8 adults and 5 children (ages 11 months to 13 years) had a great time with all the amenities supplied at this house! There were so many toys (ride on cars, play house, frisbees, scooter) for the kidlets, as well as "toys" for the adults (corn hole, horseshoes, air hockey, pool table, ping pong table, card table). The house was clean, neat and ready for company when we arrived. All information needed was furnished! We will definitely go back again for another fun-filled long weekend! :)

Absolutely beautiful home

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. It was comfortable, clean and more than enough space for the 15 of us. It had ever kitchen item you would need to cook anything. Large skillets and large pots and pans The only thing missing in that kitchen was a chef! We never had to entertain the kids because they had more than enough to do in the game room and a big yard to run around in. The owner was very cordial. I spoke with Olga about a week or so before our arrival and she was very, very accommodating and just fun to talk to. My family was talking about where to go next year and my sister said I want to come right back here. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this place

Such an amazing house and owner! Beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. It has everything you need! The game room was perfect on our one rainy day and the hot tub was fantastic. The owner, Olga, was super communicative and answered questions really quickly. I recommend this place very highly.

Family fun

Having 7 adults and 6 kids all ages this house was amazing. It was big enough to still have privacy if wanted. We brought games and played in the game room the entire time. Plenty of room for everyone. House was spotless as well. Just beautiful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The pictures and description do not do this house justice. It was beautiful and very spacious! The house was very accommodating for a large group. Our small children very much enjoyed the property in the snow but I’m sure it’s even better with warmer weather. We would love to return!

Amazing house

The house was just like the pictures. There was so much for the kids to do. Inside and outside the kids had a blast. The house was nice and spacious for people doing different things. Everything worked we did have to contact someone once they answered right away and helped us instantly. Highly recommend will definitely be back!

Family Gathering in Long Pond

This was the second year in a row that we stayed here. The house is perfect for our family of 14! Plenty of room for everyone...ages 8 1/2 months to 86 years! The house is spacious and has everything we need to have a wonderful weekend! It's clean and ready for us when we get there. It has toys, games, large-screen Smart televisions, pool table, and a brand new hot tub! We enjoyed watching the deer family in the backyard greet us every morning and evening! We made a fire in the fire pit and made s'mores! The property owners, Olga and Karl, are wonderful to communicate with and are always just a phone call/text away if any questions. We would highly recommend this lovely vacation home for a family gathering!
