It is a beautiful beach property… you’re right in with locals too. We love that. Getting up to the ocean just steps away. We walked a couple blocks to local restaurants and coffee shops too. Wonderful experience overall and we would do it again!

Great location, but still overpriced based on the condition and quality of the home. It is very functional, but also feels maintained with the care of a business rather than a home unlike many other coastal rentals in Northern California.

Really wonderful place with spectacular access to the beach. It also felt like a special experience to be staying in this historic cottage. Only small inconvenience is the original wooden architecture that makes it a bit noisy as humans move around the space as up/down the stairs. But, it was truly a small price to pay for a great space we enjoyed!

A special week away

My friends and I came to Santa Cruz to commemorate a family loss and had the most peaceful and comfortable time. Having the beach steps from the house was magical, and the easy walk to the Boardwalk added so much joy. Every single person in our group left wishing we lived here full time, and my pup feels the same!
