As owners with a Platinum Membership, our guests are entitled to full, unrestricted access to all resort facilities.

The Administration fee of $70.00 per day allows all guests staying at the house with the following access or discounts: Amenities are access with wristbands. These bands can be picked up at the Front Desk located in the Reunion Grands between 8 am and 11pm daily. If the wristband is lost, there is a $100 replacement fee.

- Access to water park – no entrance fee
- Access to community pools - there are two Reunion access cards at the house for you to use to access the community pools. These cards stay at the house upon departure. $50/card will be charged to you for any lost cards, damaged cards or cards not left at the house upon departure.
- Access to tennis courts – daily court fees applicable - $20 for 90 minutes includes racquets and balls
- Access to golf – tee time reservations required and seasonal green fees are applicable
- Access to resort fitness facilities located at Seven Eagles and Tradition Club House
- Access to all resort pools
- Access to resort shuttles for resort locations only
- Access to shuttles for Disney – there and back - reservations booked in advance
- Access to Bocce Ball - free
- Miniature Golf - Fees: Adults $12; Children $6
- Footgolf $30 per player includes golf cart and soccer ball
- Pickleball - 30 minutes of complimentary court time. Racquet and ball rental $5
- golf cart rentals: 4 person cart $50/day plus tax or 6 person cart $95/day plus tax - no pre-booking, on a first come first serve basis.
- Bike and Surrey rentals
- Bikes: (A) $10/hour or $30/day or $70/wk; (C) $8/hour or $20/day or $50/wk
- Surrey: Single bench $25 for 30 min.; Double bench $30 for 30 min.

Reunion requires that we submit the names of each adult and child staying at the house. We require this list with any booking. If you do not submit, you risk not gaining access to any of the amenities and/or cancellation of your reservation.

In addition to the theater room, there are three casual seating areas. The private pool deck has plenty of room for lounging pool side. The upper baloney has 4 separate access points and with 3 seating areas to enjoy your morning coffee

Christmas Family Reunion

Perfect house and location for a Disney/Christmas family reunion. Everyone had their own space and also space to be together. We really appreciated the holiday tree and wreaths- we had everything we needed.

Family vacation

This was our second year to stay in this home, and it was just as wonderful this time. We had our children and grandchildren, and there was plenty of room, supplies, activities to enjoy and places to relax. It’s such a treat to be in a home where everyone has their own bedroom and private bathroom. We will continue to rent this house as long as we are able.

Family vacation

This property is located in a perfect location for Disney parks, Universal, international drive and Disney Springs etc for restaurants and shopping. The house is beautiful and very spacious and with amenities for everyone of all ages. The pool area is quiet and enough sun loungers/ eating areas for all. Our hosts June and Jeff were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful and supportive. We only had one issue with the wifi but this was pointed out up front in the arrival pack as there was a new service provider and this cleared up quickly. A fantastic property with great views of the golf course!

Anna's 21st Birthday Family Vacation

The house was very nice inside. Very clean, and spacious. My complaint was outside on the grill was rat droppings. In the draw of the grill, there was a nice size snake. That had babies in the grill. I called right away, it took them two days to clean it. Once they did they found a dead rat in the grill. I also called about the pool, it was hot. They had the heater on. they said I requested. I never requested the heater be on. To fix that problem was 4 days. Very Frustrating and I never heard anything after I called them about how disappointed I was with the outside.

Great family vacation

The house was just as described, clean and spacious with everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook for a crowd and there were plenty of towels etc. The pool was perfect for everyone to enjoy and the water park in the community was a great treat for the teens and younger kids to enjoy.

We are from the Toronto area. We have been travelling to Reunion Resort since 2008. We purchased our first home in the resort in 2010. We try to spend upwards to 4 months a year at Reunion and then share our home with our guests for the balance of the year. Having been hosts since 2010, we believe we have the expertise to ensure that our guests have hassle free, exceptional stays.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our first home in Reunion in 2010. Relaxing III is our third home in Reunion. We were attracted to this property because we believe it is the quietest street in the resort. The pool deck is one of the largest for this size of home. The surrounding landscaping makes the pool area quiet & private. Although facing the golf course, the home is set back far enough that the passing golfers are not a distraction.

What makes this property unique

We redesigned the layout of the home so that there are two separate sitting areas & two eating areas that allow families or groups to spread out. The large pool deck can easily accommodate lounging and pool play for the entire family. The property is safely set back from golf course. Errant shots are not a concern.
