Love this property!

This is the second year we have rented this house. It feels like home. It’s clean, well kept and in a wonderful area that is very relaxing. We can’t wait to go back again next year!

Love staying at the Reunion Resort. Close to the parks, very secure and nice amenities if you want

The house we stayed in (W266) was very clean and well furnished. My wife said this property was the best in terms of being stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. We had plenty of room for 8 people. We paid for pool heat and it worked! Plenty of positives that make this a nice place to stay.

Fantastic stay at Renunion!

My family stayed over New Year's for a lacrosse tournament in the area and to enjoy Florida in December. What a fantastic home and area! We had plenty of room to spread out and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We had a few questions during the stay and the property managers took care of us immediately. I highly recommend this home if you're considering a stay in the area. Thank you!

Beautiful Property

The home was beautiful and everything you see in the pictures. The pool is smaller than reflected but still good. Plenty of space and things to do at the home. A few down sides to the property, we had a couple things that needed to be fixed, after calling the property manager and being told someone would come to fix it, nobody ever showed up, the wifi is horrible and the neighbors pool compressors runs non stop so outside isn't as relaxing as much as it could be.

Spring Break

Great house for families. We brought grandparents and first floor master was perfect. House was clean and very well stocked. The pool was way smaller than pictured, but it worked and hot tub was a hit. Our favorite part was the fire table. We used it every day and that’s where we would even eat our dinner. The only negative was outside chaise cushions were very worn, but I just took them off and that did the trick.

Beautiful home with problems

The home is beautiful until you stay there. The refrigerator leaks water. Be careful. The laundry doesn’t smell fresh after washing. The biggest downside is that the pool is not enclosed in screen so you constantly have to clean the pool over and over. Staff easy to communicate with.

Great place for families!

Few snags but Overall it was an excellent stay! Home was clean and plenty of space for 9 of us. Location was great and it was very enjoyable to wake up to the view of the pool and pond! It was close to theme parks and we wish we would’ve known that the shuttle service required a 24-hour notice, as we would have taken advantage of that service but next time we will for sure! The home was well stocked with all kitchen essentials and towels. Nothing fancy but it does the trick! We loved the outdoor grilling area and mini fridge! The resort was beautiful and felt very safe! We enjoyed the use of the waterpark and dinner one night at The Clubhouse. There was so much to do we felt like we could’ve used another week just to explore the resort! Our main complaint was issues with the pool chemicals. There was a terrible odor from the water in the hot tub. It made our swimsuits stink and they all had to be washed several times during our stay. Jeeves was very responsive and sent someone out immediately to address our concerns. It took them a few days but the issue was resolved near the end of our stay. They have since let us know that they will be refunding our payment for pool heat for the week but so far it has not been processed but it has only been a few days so I trust they will follow through on their word. They have been pretty good to work with all around! The only other snag we ran in to was that they cleaned the carpets just hours before our arrival. The carpets were wet when we arrived and some remained wet the entire stay, which was 7nights. We called to let them know about this, as one of the bedrooms developed a musty odor from the carpets not drying. They did bring a shop vac one day but it didn’t help much. They mentioned brining out fans but that never happened. It was somewhat dangerous, as we had 2 disabled individuals with us and their feet would get wet on the carpets and then would become slippery when walking on the wood floors. The game room also had an area that caused our 82 year old mother to fall. The carpet is black and there is a small step down when you walk in that is not very visible. She slipped and fell off the step, hitting her arm on the foosball table on the way down. Not their fault but it definitely isn’t clearly marked and we all tripped on it a few times. We ended up buying some painters tape to mark the step during our stay so no one else would get hurt. other than that game room was great!
