Ideal for families seeking a cozy atmosphere in their vacation rental, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a mountain theme with a personal touch.
The dining room boasts solid hardwood flooring and comfortably accommodates 4 to 6 people. For additional seating, the kitchen counter serves as an extra dining area. The kitchen is equipped with ample countertop space for convenient meal preparation, painted cabinets, modern appliances, and the same hardwood flooring as the dining area.
In the living room, a queen sofa sleeper is available, providing two extra pillows, allowing up to 6 guests to share this condo during their vacation. Guests can enjoy the gas fireplace, cable TV, and access to the private deck from the main living area. Located on the second floor, the unit offers views of the Winter Park Ski Resort.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds and has access to the second full bathroom located in the hallway. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The free town shuttle service is just a few steps from the condo, and the main clubhouse on the property is only a short walk away.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

The pots and pans we're all pretty disgusting or totally lacking. There was only one pan in the entire condo where half the Teflon was scraped off. Even though there were many lamps they all had low wattage bulbs and the condo was too dark. The TV in the bedroom did not work and never was repaired or replaced. One night renters above us were too noisy and it came right through the ceiling with loud music being played up to almost midnight. The next date what we thought was the management company told us they did not handle that condo and that we needed to call the police next time. Fortunately the people above no longer did that. And in fact they were very apologetic and nice about it. The condo was located in an excellent location even though next time I would take the top floor instead. We enjoyed our stay over all. But the owner should invest in new pots and pans and a few larger coffee cups.

Peaceful getaway

We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment. It felt homey, was super peaceful, and very close to both town and trails. We loved eating our meals on the back balcony overlooking the forest and enjoying the silence. Communication and emails in preparation to arrive were clear, informative, and contactless. The apartment was clean and cozy. Had ample towels and really anything one would need while on vacation (fan, humidifier, iron, etc, etc). It had 2 bathrooms and a huge king bed in one room and 2 singles in another. The management was very accessible- one of the rooms was locked and we were missing lightbulbs when we arrived. They responded to our call and arrived in less than 10 minutes to address our needs. Our only recommendations are that 1. They upgrade some of their kitchen supplies: pots and pans are kinda mismatched and don’t all have lids. We had to get creative in making our meals. The cooking knives are also very dull. 2. We’d recommend elevating the shower heads ... they are fine for short people, but definitely not high enough for tall people, making it quite uncomfortable to wash one’s hair if over 5’6”!
