Lovely chalet

We stayed in a group of 10, the chalet was in a great location, the ski bus stop was just around the corner, and we could walk into the town centre in the evenings in just 10 - 15 minutes. Communication with the owners was very easy by email or phone. The chalet was well equipped with everything we needed and with plenty of space for everyone. Our only disappointment was that we had not realised 2 of the bedrooms were in a separate self contained apartment, that was only accessible by the outside staircase, although I am sure, for some groups that would probably be a plus point. We had a lovely stay at the Chalet and in Font Romeu and would definitely recommend it to others.

Chalet convivial dans un cadre formidable

Le chalet offre un très beau panorama sur la vallée (Eyne) et les montagnes environnantes. La lumière et les couleurs de la nature en été valorise ce relief. Le chalet est aménagé pour offrir la plus grande convivialité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande table ronde et son plateau central tournant qui nous ont permis de prendre des repas à 13 avec confort. Nous avons aussi aimé pour les enfants le dortoir avec 6 lits qui leur a offert 'leur espace' pour les quelques moments passés à l'intérieur. Un seul regret: l'absence d'une communication intérieure entre le RDC et le 1er étage lorsque le chalet est utilisé par un seul groupe. En été, la communication entre les niveaux par l'extérieur est cependant peu contraignante. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leurs conseils sur les sites à voir et les randonnées à pied ou en VTT à faire aux alentours. A noter la présence dans le chalet d'un guide très pratique répertoriant ces randonnées. Nous avons aussi été sensibles à l'attention portée par les propriétaires au bien-être des occupants. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
