The unit was very comfortable, with very comfortable beds, clean and spacious. Since there was no air-conditioning, opening the front window was not feasible because of neighbors’ lights that were shining in the window, so we used the one fan to cool that room and we were able to open the window in the back bedroom for air there. Everything we needed was provided. The only downside was having to drive to a separate location a few miles away to get a physical key. It would be great to have a keypad at the door knob instead. Our contact was very quick to provide answers, especially when we couldn’t locate the building in the dark very easily at first.
Nice little 2 BR close to the club house. The only issue we had was at check-in. We had to get a physical key to the unit and when we checked in I asked about the clubhouse pass and was told it would be waiting on the counter in the unit. It was not. We had to drive a few miles back to the front desk to get it. Upon check out, I was informed I would need to return the key to the front desk a few miles away, but leave the clubhouse pass in the unit and take a photo to send the manager. The front desk said I should have returned both the key and pass at the same time. Basically, there’s a miscommunication between the VRBO messages/texts and management company. I would also suggest more fans because it was hot in there. Overall, a nice condo.
The check in/out process was great and easy. It's easy to communicate with the property management. You just got to stop get your keys before you get to the condo and re-confirm the address otherwise you may not find it. The property needs a few fixes, chairs are broken, mold on the bathroom ceiling, rotten shower curtain rod, broken coaster holders etc Bed covers have stains, pillows are not the most comfortable and the mattress, well it works for 1 night. With a little love this place could be better for longer stay.
When we arrived at the place. There was no pass to the clubhouse. The next day they sent a lady over with a temporary pass. Very friendly staff. Thank you

Thanks for the great review! We'd love to host you again soon!
We’re grateful for the opportunity to stay in Fraser for an affordable price. The clubhouse is a great benefit. A few upgrades to bedding, furnishings, and lighting would go a long way in making the place more comfortable.

Thank you for your review and we're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and we will share your feedback on the lighting, bedding and furnishings with our housekeeping manager to see if we can get them upgraded.
The apartment is big enough for 4 people but maybe just one bathroom for 4-6 people would be an issue for some as the toilet is in the bathroom. This property is clean and well located, right next to a Safeway supermarket and about 10 minutes from Winterpark resort.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and unit. We will share your feedback on the number of people vs number of bathrooms with management to see if we should update the listing for 4 people instead of 6.
Cute pics! Outside images of the building would have been helpful in finding the exact location.Overall clean and tidy... would be helpful to have a few basic cooking spices.Things that will help improve the quality and comfort would be a some better quality pillows and comforters or additional cozy blankets/throws. A bean bag in the main area would allow for additional comfort for anyone sitting on the floorBurners on the range need some additional attention or maintenance they seem to be loose and shift while cooking.Ask house keeping to watch for any stains on comforters such as the King size bed.

Electrical sockets need replaced, bedding is falling apart, stove in poor condition. Front desk personal couldn't bother to remove headphones when I was trying to report problems.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry to hear there were items in the unit that needed additional care and attention prior to your arrival and stay. We will share this and our comments on the front desk with our Director of Guest Services to get repaired and addressed.
We only stayed one night and the condo fit just what we needed. A couple issues, as the living room cable didn't work so we crowded into the main bedroom to watch TV, and the locking mechanism on the main bedroom window didn't work right so you couldn't open the window to get any fresh air. I let the management know of the issues and they seemed responsive, so I figure they probably fixed the issues by now. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your recommendation to others and that you will stay with us again. We have had our maintenance team fixed the items that you listed and apologize they were not fixed prior to your stay.
The condo is clean, things work as they should. Lots of towels. On the flip side. I am not detail oriented so this was my issue. BE AWARE the key pick up is in Winter park right when you drive into town. It is a little confusing because the property clubhouse is shown in the picture and that is not where you get your key. Other than that, the only other item to note is the two beds in 1 bedroom feel a little soft/saggy. Not an issue if you are younger than a certain age where you can sleep on rocks and not have issues. The master bed is ultra firm. Again, no problem if this doesnt bother you. This property was adequate. Cold freezer, coffee maker and coffee, that was very appreciated. Pickleball paddles and a pickleball cpurt was really fun.
PROS: Shuttle picks up just across the street to take you into town or to WP resort.Rec center in walking distance, great hot tub, they provide towels, and locker rooms have showers w/ soap, shampoo, conditionerPrice is rightPractical place, providing most of what was neededadditional T.P. and towels were provided upon requestWould stay there againCONS:Unit needs the following:Iron/ ironboard, hair dryerSuran wrap, sandwich baggies, gallon size baggiesMore than 6 bath towelsMore T.P. and shampoo than what was provided.New pans are needed. Current ones crusty/dirty.Outlet in Primary Bedroom did not work.A couple of the burners on the stove did not workStruggled to get the dishwasher to work. Figured out you have to hold the START button down for a long amount of time to get it to get going. My friend with back issues says the mattress in the primary bedroom was too firm. Just mentioning in case the reader here prefers a soft mattress.None of the cons were a big deal, just mentioning so the owner can spruce things up and maybe provide a bit more for guests without guests having to call to request for more and then having to wait for the items to be delivered. Also, maybe it will help prospective renters to know to bring their own clothing steamer, some ziploc bags, extra shampoo, and their own conditioner.I DO recommend this rental and I WOULD STAY AGAIN.
