Bright, chalet-style villa in the heart of the countryside.

Enjoy an exceptional, secluded setting: the house offers a magnificent panoramic view and absolute tranquility. Comfortable and very well-equipped, it also features air conditioning, perfect for hot weather.

Outside, everything is designed for your enjoyment:

A new, large above-ground pool (6m x 3m) was installed last summer, as the old one was damaged three years ago (which is why our house wasn't rented out the last few summers).
The large 80m² terrace with a garden table and barbecue invites you to dine al fresco. The garden is a real treat for children of all ages: trampoline, swing, and a playhouse with a small slide. The above-ground pool is secured with a sliding ladder. Near the pool, a hammock is set up in the shade between two large mulberry trees for adults or children.

Less than 2 km away, in our village, a lovely lake with a beach and a large playground await you.
Less than a kilometre away, a horse-riding club offers pony and horseback rides for all levels!
Stargazing; the night sky is a true delight from our terraces!

We have installed mosquito nets on the windows to keep insects out.

The house has three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: double bed
Bedroom 2: two twin beds + a cot if needed.

Bedroom 3: two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed (sleeps up to 3)

There is a separate bathroom on the ground floor, a shower upstairs, and two toilets with washbasins each (one per floor). The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a balcony with a stunning view.

The house is very welcoming and well-maintained. It would be perfect for couples with young children, possibly with grandparents, or two couples of friends.

In the surrounding area
Evenings come alive thanks to the late afternoon markets held in Molières and the surrounding villages: Montpezat, Castelnau, Mirabel… A wonderful opportunity to enjoy delicious local products and take home some quality regional specialties.
