Independent house 45m2, new, in the quiet countryside near attractions of the Lot (St Cirq Lapopie, grottos of Pech Merle in Cabrerets, Gramat animal park, museum of writing Champollion in Figeac ...), Tarn et Garonne (St antonin Noble Val) and Tarn (Strings on Heaven)
Inside: 1 living room with kitchen corner, 1 sofa, TV with USB socket, 1 bedroom 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom 2 bunk beds 90, 1 bathroom with toilet.
Outside: covered car parking, petanque, terrace with pergola, garden furniture, swings, sunbathing, barbecue, swimming pool 10X5.

Planned in the rental price: Sheets laid on arrival, BB umbrella bed, BB booster seat, BB bike seat, bicycles (4 adults, 3 children)

Goodies: Washing machine, microwave .Protection of the swimming pool by dome. petanque. Footpaths and mountain bike marked on the spot, path of ST Jacques de Compostela nearby. Near Lalbenque aerodrome (about 5km) for people doing skydiving internships.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Lalbenque! Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen. Die Umgebung ist sehr weitläufig und ruhig. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen!Die Ausstattung ist entsprechend der Beschreibung gut. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Fijn huisje met grote tuin en zwembad

Met het gezin bestaande uit twee volwassenen en twee kinderen (7 en 10 jaar) een week in dit kleine, maar fijne huisje verbleven. Pluspunten zijn het heerlijke zwembad en de grote, goed verzorgde tuin. Het huisje bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Wifi is prima. De bedden vonden we wel wat smal en kort. In de omgeving valt veel leuks te ondernemen, waaronder Cahors, Rocamadourt en grot Peche Merle (aanrader!). Kleine suggestie: verhoog de huurprijs wat en maak het wassen van kleding gratis. Het bleek niet makkelijk te zijn om aan losse euro's te komen. Je komt helemaal tot rust in dit huisje met veel privacy!

La location

Très belle location. Touty est pour passer de bien belles vacàces. Le calme, la piscine, les activités. La maison n est pas grande, mais on y a tout et on vit dehors. La terrasse ou le pool house vous accueillera pour chaque moment. N hésitez pas une seule seconde pour y aller. Vous ne serez dérangé que par un bruit, le silence. Ou peut être par une ou plusieurs cigales qui ne chantent que pour vous. La propriété est très grande et très belle à decouvrir. Bref, un très beau séjour pour notre part. Merci encore aux propriétaires.

Excellent séjour, belle maison indépendante au milieu d'un magnigique terrain arboré et entrenu et au calme. Grande piscine sécurisée, aménagée et très propre. Un petit coin de paradis à lalbenque

Acceuil chaleureux, proprietaires avenants , donnant des indications de lieux à visiter . Les photos de la maison sont conformes à la réalité ( literie très bonne, il y a bien la connexion wifi) , et le lieu très calme pour se ressourcer . Perfect for a relaxing and interesting holiday.

If you visit here from the UK then just be aware that things are different from UK holiday lets which isn't apparent from the Vrbo website. Towels aren't provided, bed linen isn't changed after a week and there is no welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. However, Carrefour is just down the road and on the same site is a wonderful patisserie/boulangerie. Take some mosquito spray! The gite and pool are lovely, and Luce and Fabien couldn't have been more helpful. It was great to be able to sit outside to eat even when it rained, which didn't happen often. One item that people from the UK might find useful is a list of telephone numbers and addresses for any emergency (hospital, doctor, dentist etc) as Luce and Fabien both work and aren't always there. We had a wonderful, relaxing 2 weeks in a tranquil setting.

Superbe pavillon qui propose un espace suffisant pour 4 personnes. Maison au calme, entourée de verdure, nombreux équipements de qualités

Nous avons passé (parents et enfants de 3 et 7 ans) un excellent séjour dans la maison indépendante au sein du grand parc arboré. La maisonnette est lumineuse et très bien entretenue, (peintures et meubles récents, literie et linge de maison de qualité, nombreux équipements) Le parc est immense et sécurisé, et on peut y laisser sereinement les enfants gambader, et profiter des jeux et jouets à leur disposition. La piscine est très grande et recouverte d'un dôme qui s'ouvre sur la moitié de sa longueur, ce qui enlève un peu de vue sur le beau parc mais permet de maintenir une excellente température et surtout protéger des chutes, indispensable quand on a de jeunes enfants . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, présents et discrets à la fois, ils savent s'adapter au rythme de chacun, d'ailleurs tous les espaces sont délimités par des murs et de la végétation de telle manière que cela permet à la fois d'avoir de l'intimité et se sentir seuls mais aussi de pouvoir échanger. Luce et Fabien ont vraiment le sens de l'accueil et la philosophie que l'on attend en louant ce type de bien.
