Completely updated and designer furnished large penthouse corner unit at the exclusive Kingston Plantation Resort. Spectacular oceanfront, coastline, plantation & lake views from 4 private balconies. Interior was recently updated to remove all "popcorn" ceilings and replaced with smooth!

Please note that this is a fully non-smoking condo.

Huge Master Bedroom suite features a lighted, pedestal King bed with private, oceanfront balcony. Master Bathroom features steam shower and double vanity.

The large Guest Bedroom has two Queen beds, one bunk bed, a private balcony and separate entrance. Guest Bathroom has Jacuzzi tub.

Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front community with 12 acres of freshwater lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, mature trees, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, one-half mile of white sand, secluded beach and 24/7 gated and roaming security.

All furnishings, bedding, etc. are like-new. Don't pay more for a unit that is only ocean view and not nearly as clean or nice as this special penthouse condo.

Loved it!

We've stayed on Kingston Plantation before (through Hilton points), but this unit was by far the best! Plenty of room for 7 (2 parents + 5 teens, 10-18). Loved the extra balconies, loved the view, loved the quiet floor, great location, kitchen well appointed, beds comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous views!

The condo was spacious with great views from all 4 balconies! Robert was very polite and answered all questions we had. We spent a LOT of time in the room as we were there during Tropical Storm Debby 2024, so it was great to be able to spread out. Kids enjoyed having a spacious area to hang out without adults. Would highly recommend staying in this condo!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here. The Condo is large with the most amazing views from all rooms. The location is great. Shopping, golfing and restaurants near by. The beach is just steps away. Condo has everything you need. Easy parking, great elevator just steps from your door.

I am so glad that I booked this as my family's first getaway to Myrtle Beach. The views were amazing, the condo is spacious and clean. The host was very nice and friendly. This was great because it allowed us to leave sandy chairs and stuff your hust taking the ocean in the car on your way up. No dragging it into the room.Elevator: right outside the door! Awesome. Top floor so you always had room in the elevator. Rarely had to wait.Trash: right outside the room! So easy toBalcony: amazing view just as was posted earlier.Logistically: you can’t deacribe how easy and quiet this place is to get in an out of/ to go to the pool/ to go to the beach. GREAT place to stay! 5 Stars!

The place was gorgeous. Four balconies all overlooking the ocean. Lots of space! Very clean. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Great restaurant/pub is a short walk. There is a pond behind the condo which is a great place to walk. I fed the ducks and black swans daily. You can also rent bikes and there’s a wonderful spa on the property. The owner was extremely helpful and replied within minutes. You won’t regret staying here. We’ll be back!

Amazing Views & Hassle Free

Loved checking in and out with a person on site and not standing in line at a hotel or at a rental company 20 min away. Robert met us at the condo and was super accommodating with our arrival and check our plans which allowed us to maximize our time. Parking and unloading and packing were the easiest we’ve ever had in that there is an elevator that serves that section of the bldg and is kind of hidden so during COVID it was great to not see many people at we went up and down. The views are amazing and I took pictures at all hours. The condo was spacious and layout allowed our teens to have space and stay up late and sleep early while the adults did just the opposite. We ordered and picked up groceries nearby and truly never left the property. It was a super relaxing stay. Definitely will check this and Robert’s other properties when we plan our next trip to MB.

The room was not the cleanest.. It was dusty and the area rug in bedroom wasn’t vacuumed. Bedding was washed and on beds for us to make. The house had no extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels,dishwasher soap or any kitchen towels.Each bathroom only had 2 towels for our stay.The master bedroom and living area didn’t stay very cool with the air conditioning but the other bedroom stayed cool.The host was very quick to reply to our questions and the location was great. The morning view was wonderful!!

The absolute best vacation I have had in Myrtle Beach. The condo is perfect. Lets start with easy access the elevator is very close making coming and going a breeze. The unit was clean and extremely roomy. It comes with 4 balconies so from the 16th floor the views are amazing. The communications with the owner if we had any questions were answered promptly. We will be staying here again.

Incredible views in spacious condo

Full week family vacation in north side of myrtle beach. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Host Robert was very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Nice area of the beach and the 2 pools were usually not too busy. Parking wasnt an issue either. Great vacation.

A Nice Spot

This condo is as described in the listing, with great views and lots of room. I've stayed in this building many times before and this is one of the nicer units I've experienced. The owner was communicative and gracious, allowing me an early check-in - very easy to work with. The condo was fairly well-stocked overall, although some of the cabinets/drawers could use a bit more organization - a minor thing but worth thinking about. Other than that, it was a great experience and I'd certainly stay there again. Note: A huge bonus of renting through Vrbo (and not through Kingston Plantation) is avoiding the $30 daily "amenity fees" that the resort charges.

Spring Vacation

Had a great stay at this South Hampton Penthouse condo in Kingston plantation, the views were unbeatable and the place was comfortable. Communication with Robert was great, very timely in his responses. We had no issues for the week. We will be renting again in September this year.

This condo has spectacular views and Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest resorts along the Grand Strand. I live right outside the gates of the Plantation with my three sons in the Arcadian Shores Golf Club area. Because of this I am able to be actively involved in the rental and upkeep of our properties. I take great pride in offering very up to date, clean and accommodating condos for my guests to vacation in. I personally inspect each condo prior to check-in to make sure that everything is indeed clean and operating properly. I have also been a local REALTOR and SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE in the area for the past 38 years and would be glad to assist any of our guests who themselves are interested in purchasing their own vacation or permanent home on the Grand Strand.

Why they chose this property

Kingston Plantation is so convenient to everything that the Grand Strand offers. Tanger Factory Outlet, Wal-Mart, Myrtle Beach Mall with Bass Pro Shop and a movie theater and Restaurant Row with all the great seafood restaurants are all within a couple of miles of the property. Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach are both within approx. 5 miles. But, once you pass thru the gates of Kingston Plantation you feel as though you are secluded in your own tropical paradise. There's no other place like it on the the Grand Strand!

What makes this property unique

Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise over the ocean are spectacular! We also enjoy the great ocean and coastline views from every room and the whirlpool tub and the steam shower. Our condo is located on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so you rarely hear any noise from other guests in the building.
