Short trip to Greenville

The property was very clean and well appointed with very comfortable bedding and spa-like bath towels. We enjoyed the quiet yet convenient location minutes from ECU main campus!

Great place to stay

This was our 2nd property we rented from Mary while visiting greenville, and again it was a wonderful experience! The beds are sooooo comfy! Everyone in the house said that about their bed! No need to worry about bringing linens or towels they are well stocked! We celebrated Thanksgiving while we were there and the kitchen was perfect to cook a large meal in! Mary is always available to make sure have what we need and are comfortable! It is close to ECU and Stadium! Highly recommend!! Thank you again Mary!!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Mary’s property. We were in town for Parent’s Weekend with our 3 kids. The house had everything we needed. There is a regular coffee pot as well as a Proctor Silex K Cup machine. The K Cup machine was a little tricky, and worked about half the time, so we just switched to regular coffee in the drip machine and that was great. She had provided filters for the coffee machine which was great. Overall it was a great stay! We would definitely return!

Mary is an excellent host-. Very comfortable beds. Exquisite decor. Very peaceful and relaxing. Just like a home away from home. Great location. We would like to thank Mary for a wonderful stay during our vacation. Only reason for 4 is because our towels were soiled but we had a washer and dryer available and Mary addressed this immediately- you are 5 stars

This townhome has three bedrooms with queen/king beds and 2-1/4 baths. Very clean, well appointed, quiet with a private outdoor patio and parking. We had no complaints and found this home to be superior to many of the others we have rented. Lots of comfortable living space and very effective a/c in this very hot part of the country. Mary was very accommodating. Recommended !!

Our stay was wonderful. This townhouse was spotless, easy to find and couldn't have been better. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens provided and nicely decorated. This is in a quiet community and about 2 miles from the ECU campus. Mary was a great host. I will stay again and again.

Highly recommended for relaxation

You can tell that the owner of the property has really put immense thought and care into this property, working to make it exceptionally comfortable for her guests. I arrived late one evening from a business meeting, and was happy to find that the bed was so incredibly plush and welcoming. I cannot tell you the last time that I have slept so peacefully (or so hard)! The lighting was quite conducive to relaxation, as well. The location was central to accessing the University, as well as the hospital and medical campus for meetings. The only reason I’m giving this location 5 stars is because I am not allowed to give it 10! I would highly recommend staying here. It’s perfect for a traveling business professional, or for a family traveling - as well as long-term rentals.
