Le cadre est idyllique, mais c’est là que s’arrêtent les qualités de cet endroit. La place de garage est très étroite, les personnes maladroites devraient s’abstenir. De plus, il n’y a pas de distributeur de papier toilette ni de tapis de douche la vaisselle est très sale. Ces petits détails, mis bout à bout, laissent penser que la satisfaction du client n’est pas une priorité.

Erholsame Tage in Bandol in einer gemütlichen Wohnung

Bandol ist immer eine Reise wert; besonders wenn man so eine ansprechende Wohnung in der 4. Etage mit tollem Blick über die gesamte Bucht hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war kompetent und freundlich; lediglich die Garage ist sehr eng und nicht für größere Autos geeignet!

sur l annonce les démentions du lit ne corresponde pas c est un lit de 140 non pas un 160 il n y a pas de four traditionnel c est un four micro onde . la vaisselles et en particulier les casseroles et les verres n étaient pas propres et le ménage de l appartement très moyen mais mis a part cela nous avons passer de très bonnes vacances

Cet appartement a besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement, peintures divers travaux et réfections !!!!

Cet appartement a besoin de peintures, divers travaux ( prise de courant arrachée, porte freezer à changer, poignée de porte wc cassé, joint de douche très abîmé , lit pas conforme : dans l’annonce est prévu lit 160/200 et dans l’appartement alors que l’on à trouvé un lit 140/200 …!!! Propreté vraiment très médiocre ….!!!logement pourrit…!!! Nous sommes très déçu de cette location !!!! Pour non conformité par rapport à votre annonce je demande à être indemnisé à hauteur de 20%!!! Nous faisons également un rapport avec photos à l’appuie à l’agence immobilière qui gère ce bien ! Il n’y a pas que la vue sur mer qui fait tout….!!!!!

A part la vue magnifique appartement bruyant extérieur avec motos et voitures de luxe qui font vromber leur machine sans parler des petarades des mobylettes mais apparament la police municipale n'intervient pas. Et à l'intérieur de l'allée les personnes ne savent pas fermer une porte sans la faire claquer. Donc pas reposer durant ma semaine vu le vacarme insessant. Beau volume et belle vue

Personnel de l'agence très attentionné. Merci à Hugo qui, profitant d'une course, s'était même proposé à nous amener à la gare. L'appartement est propre avec de beaux volumes (sauf le wc). Manque juste un petit rafraîchissement peinture et coussins. Un dérouleur papier dans les toilettes serait pratique plutôt que le rebord derrière le WC qui est très petit. Belle vue du 4ème étage et c'est vrai, un peu bruyant. La chambre sur l'arrière nous permet de dormir tranquillement. Garage pratique. Il arrive qu'une voiture se gare entre les garages et ça demande alors de jouer du volant. Attention si vous avez une grande voiture type break.

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif. Toutefois, situé en bord de route est très bruyant. De plus il n'était PAS PROPRE : porte d'entrée, douche !!! , vaisselle sale dans les placards... Dommage car le mobilier et les appareils ménagers sont de qualité enfin le manque de wifi dans l'appartement est un gros point négatf supplémentaire. Il aurait fallu signaler ce manquement dans le descriptf.
