The house was in great shape when we arrived and the place was beyond expectations. The location and set up were unbelievable. Great views across the river. Hot tub was hot upon arrival. Short drive into town and to the mountain. First house on the street so you get unobstructed views to the North and East. Truly checked every box and my friends and I had a fantastic trip.
WOW, what an awesome setting and property. This was the perfect setting for our family's trip back to an area that I recreated in through college. The cabin decor and amenities were just right. Fishing opportunities just a few feet away, available games, and general comfort abounded for our 5-night stay. Our host, Jenna, was extremely responsive to any questions we had which was greatly appreciated!
House was perfect for us. The manager was spot on and took care of everything. The end unit is the best building with easy water access and beautiful sunset views.
We (group of 7 adults) stayed here after working for a week in another part of the state. It was the perfect location for easy access to Yellowstone and Big Sky. Loved being by the river and the cabin itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would stay here again.
Absolutely beautiful location and cabin. Very well appointed cabin with great amenities. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at. Host was very responsive and personable. Will be coming back and highly recommend!
Beautiful house in Big Sky right on the river! Great access to skiing and plenty of room for family & friends. Jenna was super fast responding. 5-Star property!
The cabin was very well stocked and clean. The views are spectacular. Jenna was very responsive when we had issues with anything and was able to provide a solution pretty much immediately. We absolutely loved staying here and can’t wait to come back!
This house was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was spacious and a beautiful view of the mountains especially while sitting in the hot tub. Easy drive to big sky
We enjoyed spending family time here so close the river and enjoyed the jacuzzi spa. Large family table for eating and playing family board games. Good water pressure hot showers a must for me. Also the boys loved the pool table. Would come back again. Carrie from California
We are learning how to fly fish, and this was a great property. We could walk out our door and be in the river in seconds. We enjoyed the hot tub, the stars, and the sounds of the river late at night. The manager communicated well. We also are a running family, and the bike path starts about 1/4 mile down the road, so we had a very safe place to run. We would strongly consider coming back to this house in the future.

Potential But Needs Work
I want to start that our host, Jenna, was outstanding and worked with us effectively. Most of our issues were clearly with the owners.
This property has great potential. The location and surroundings are perfect. It's just very poorly maintained. Although some issues were rightly blamed on damage by recent renters and heavy bookings, most are the result of lack of attention to maintenance.
For instance, the kitchen faucet is about to fallout and the dryer requires slamming and still doesn't work. We found evidence of mice, several crank out windows were stripped, the main windows have clearly not been cleaned in a long time and overall feel of the unit is old and tired. While it was nice that the host gave us a refund, this property is over priced in it's current condition.

Thank you for your review, Charles! We are glad you were able to enjoy this beautiful property and area despite what you noted. Happy to report everything has been repaired from the busy 2024 summer season and the house is ready for winter!
Sometimes you rent a home and you see the pictures online and think those pictures were taken on the best day ever. The pictures are beautiful but they don't even do the house justice. When you walk in that front door, it takes your breath away. There is so much beauty inside and outside. The house is perfect for multi family. This was our first big trip with 3 grandkids and it was everything we ever hoped for and more. You didn't even feel bad when you stayed home for the day because you had wildlife out your window. The house is beautiful and stocked so nicely. There is nothing we went without. We were already planning our trip back on the 2nd day. The dining table was plenty big for our family dinners, the kids went downstairs and played under the pool table while the dad's played pool. I could write an essay. This house was just what we needed and I am so thankful we found it. The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question and gave so many wonderful suggestions. We will be back and so so thankful for this beautiful amazing home and the wonderful host!
Book this house you wont regret it!!
Beautiful location, great communication with property manager
Recently stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 7 friends. Initially I thought the pictures online made the house look much bigger than it really is. However it ended up working fine as we were outside a lot. Just note the pictures might be a little deceiving. We enjoyed the location next to the river and spent time on the deck chatting while 2 of our friends fished in front of us.
The bed were comfortable, towels were soft and plentiful and a nice starter supply of paper products and toiletries were provided. As expected, the people sleeping in the loft can hear everything going on in the great room so put your earlier risers in the loft!
Communication with the property manager was fantastic. They notified us prior to arrival that a previous guest had broken the microwave handle and they were waiting for a replacement part. Check in was easy as we had very specific instructions as well as restaurant recommendations which we appreciated.
I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness as there were cobwebs on many of the light fixtures and a banana peel and beer left in the storage box on the porch. I thought the cleaning service should have caught these. Also the house has definitely been through some wear and tear, with nicks in walls, bulbs burned out and other small repairs that were needed. We informed the manager who said they have had a busy rental season so plan to fix everything in the off season and thanked me for bringing things to their attention.

Our group iconsistexof 12 retired racers who still still like Single Track high Mountain trails. Jena, our property Manager, saved our trip from an obnoxious neighbor who did not like us parking our truck in HIS subdivision. He was the self appointed neighborhood gestapo and let all know. The two houses we rented kept 6 of our group in each wonderful home. Thank you Jenna for saving our vacation!
We all loved our week in the cabin...
Some suggestions:
There really needs to be kindling, or an axe or a “cheater” fire starter log so that folks can have a fire. We had two eagle scouts and we couldn’t get a fire going with the little bit of paper and cardboard we had.
In the ground floor bedroom at the front, the handle on the first window is broken so window can’t open
Seating in family room needs to be improved. There really is no comfortable place to sit. Suggest a new couch and chairs, also dining room chairs should be less rustic and more functional. Table is wonderful, but the chairs are limiting. More forks and spoons. The door on the main shower in the river view ground floor bedroom makes an awful clicking noise that sounds like it is cracking when you shut it. Front screen door did not latch.
The whole place could use a deep cleaning .... there were lots of cob webs and the carpets in the basement should be replaced or steam cleaned.
On a positive note, the kitchen had nice serving platters, casserole dishes, electric griddle, etc. The view was magnificent!
We also caught fish right out our backdoor. We released them all, especially the giant brown trout that we put back in order to have lots more fish.
We rented this property because of its size /# of bedrooms and proximity to our wedding venue at Big Sky. Sleeping spaces were plenty- also great indoor and outdoor spaces. Kitchen was very well equipped- even had oils and spices - which is helpful. We Would rent again .!!!
We could not rate this property any more highly. It was PERFECT for our family of six plus two grandparents, with PLENTY of room to spare! We enjoyed the gorgeous views (and surprise snowfall in April - beautiful!), often from the comfort of the warm hot tub or while sitting in front of the cozy fireplace. We took full advantage of our week there, enjoying horseback riding, skiing, and fly flishing (located minutes away!) and also traveling to two of Yellowstone's entrances. We absolutely LOVED this property and our time there. Thank you!
Jenna, the property manager, was amazing.
Property felt clean.
Hot Tub was clean
The second master bedroom, actually does not have a connecting bathroom. The bathroom is in the hallway.
This place was an awesome stay for me and my 8 friends! The house was nicely furnished and had great heating. We really enjoyed the hot tub too. The host was very easy to communicate with. Great views in the backyard as well!
