This beach house has a total of 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and one sleeping area with a daybed.
FIRST FLOOR has (direct entrance -no steps) - An open space with a sitting area that has a daybed, TV and library. Bedroom with a queen bed, and a Bathroom with a large shower.
TOP FLOOR - Living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with 3 twin beds (trundle Twin), Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
DECK, overlooking the ocean, has a Dining set, Gas grill, Lounge chairs

The location is a rare find. You will be surrounded with stunning open views from the back and front of the house. The house is directly on the beach. You can sit on the deck and watch your kids playing on the beach. It's a private beach, so here you can escape, relax and get mesmerized by the blue of soft waves hitting shore. The other side of the house (front) is a view of beautiful marsh.

Since we bought the house, every room has been renovated, deck expanded and steps to the beach rebuilt.
