Amazing amenities

Stayed for a month in this spacious one bedroom condo, can't say enough about the amazing amenities and cleanliness of the facilities. Best gym we have ever seen in a rental, pool was spotless and not busy and the restaurants across the road were all amazing. Highly recommend.

Very noisy. Bin were rolled out early every morning. Overlooks the parking lot for the complex as well as commercial buildings so no view at all. There was a coffee shop/restaurant right across from the building and they often had LOUD and not always pleasing entertainment which could be heard even with the windows closed. The smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways was overpowering. Not everything you see in the photos is what's actually in the apartment (sectional, coffee pot etc.). We ended up booking this unit because the unit we originally booked was sold and we were scrabbling to find accommodations with only 3 weeks notice. The cost for this one bedroom was quite a bit more than the 2 bedroom we had originally booked and not worth the extra dollars at all. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

Great Location but robbed while there

Our car was robbed while within the 'secure' parking facility while there, which affected my score. Property, amenities and location are excellent, although noisy due to trash removal in the am. Use excellent caution and brace for early morning noise.

We had a delightful one month stay at the Cays. Our one bedroom condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated. They provided all the essentials for cooking and eating. One of our best vacations and have nothing but praise for all the service and the facility.

We enjoyed the months of Feb.& Mar. very much at the Condo #343. Every thing was neat & clean, appliances worked great, location was excellent for shopping, restaurant & access to major highways. We did experience couple of problems. Wifi worked OK, but than again not good.We tolerated it.
