Located in the dune at the foot of a windmill, this villa of 140 m2, with sea views, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large room of very bright life.
For your meals and relaxation, a terrace, very sunny and decorated with a small garden without vis-à-vis, will welcome you.
In a minute you cross the dune by a small path and you come to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island.
Hop on one of the bikes at your disposal to reach the town center of La Guérinière and shops, or to explore the island of Noirmoutier by bike paths and trails.
Fully equipped and furnished to nine for six, let yourself be seduced by the comfort and charm of this pretty typical villa.

Ein tolles Zuhause auf Zeit, mit allem, was man für ein Familie braucht. Man schläft herrlich, die Eltern sogar etwas separiert! Auf der Terrasse hat man den gesamten Tag Sonne und Nachts einen fantastischen Sternenhimmel. Die erhobene Lage des Objekts lässt einen beim Kochen bis zum Binnenmeer schauen. Im Schuppen sind Räder, Spiele, Sonnenschirme. Das Wohnzimmer als Zentrum besticht durch seine Größe, die beachige Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich und sehr geschmackvoll! Vom Haus aus kann man perfekt die gesamte Insel erkunden! 5 Sterne!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir, ein Ehepaar, haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Valerie, unsere Gastgeberin, hat uns mit einigen leckeren Spezialitäten der Insel begrüßt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und ideal um die Insel mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß zu erkunden. Zum 8 km langen Strand sind es fußläufig nur wenige Meter über die Düne. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer gemütlichen Unterkunft, einer freundlichen Vermieterin und auf einer Insel mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten.

Très belle maison typique de la région , fonctionnelle et très bien située : un petit chemin juste à la sortie de la maison nous emmène à travers dunes et pins parasols jusqu'à une très longue plage à marée basse pour de belles promenades vivifiantes ! La propriétaire est charmante et à l'écoute de ses hôtes , merci ! Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Wundervoll

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist wunderbar eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Valerie, unsere Gastgeberin, hatte uns mit kalten Getränken begrüßt (es war an diesem Tag sehr heiß) und mit einigen Spezialitäten der Insel. Das Haus liegt zentral, in der Mitte der Insel und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Nach Noirmoutier sind es nur wenige Kilometer die auch locker mit dem Fahrrad gefahren werden können. Generell ist die Insel mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erkunden und man sieht einfach mehr. Zusammenfassend, ein tolles Haus mit liebevollen Details in der Einrichtung. Vielen Dank

Maison parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre pour 2 couples avec enfants (nous étions 7 au total). La mise à disposition des vélos est un vrai plus - ainsi que la place à 2 min à pied. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Valérie - et ce malgré une météo capricieuse. Un grand merci :)

Très bon emplacement à deux pas de l’océan et grand confort pour cette jolie maison décorée avec goût. L’accueil de Valérie est très sympathique et chaleureux et la mise à disposition de vélos est un plus non négligeable. Une adresse à conserver et conseiller.

Nous avons loué cette maison individuelle courant juillet pour une semaine et nous n avons pas été déçus. La maison située à la Guérinière à quelques minutes de la plage est tout simplement charmante. Elle est, de plus, très bien aménagée et équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui est aussi charmante que la maison. Nous conseillons vivement cette location à toutes personnes souhaitant passer une semaine sur l île de Noirmoutier en famille ou entre amis.
