Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison de vacances bien agréable où nous avons été bien accueillis par Jacqueline et son mari. Quelques petits tracas avec la télévision, il faut dire que l'installation est complexe et la télécommande est à réserver aux adultes. Mais ce n'est pas le plus important, nous avons bien profité des extérieurs avec une belle terrasse conviviable, les plus, la table de ping-pong et la mise à disposition des vélos, avec la proximité de la plage accessible à pied. Nous gardons le souvenir de belles vacances réussies à l'ile d'Oléron.

Rien à redire sur cet hébergement. Accueil sympathique, emplacement du logement idéal et propreté impecable, équipement et confort parfait. Sabs oublié les petits plus table de ping pong et vélos à dusposition. Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour en famille.

Vacances en famille agréable

Maison agréable et fonctionnel ( même en cas de mauvais temps). Très bien équipée. La propriétaire est très arrangeante et réactive. La description est conforme à la réalité. Il manque peut être un peu de rangement pour nos affaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 7 adultes et 2 enfants jeunes.

Nous recommandons cette maison de très bon standing. Cuisine très bien équipée, excellente literie, terrasse avec parasol très agréable... A 5 mn en vélo de l'océan, à 10 mn des commerces, de vraies vacances dépaysantes au calme. Nous avons tous apprécié tant pour son organisation

Week end ascension

La maison est très agréable. Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants. La maison est grande avec salles de bain et toilettes idéale pour ce type de maison. Proche de la forêt et de la place. L'accueil fut bon. Nous avons pu résoudre facilement la problématique de la télé. Un casse tête mais une fois compris comment cela marche c est bon. Quelques petits points d'améliorations : -Il faudrait indiquer que les draps serviettes et torchons ne sont pas fourni. On m'annonce 182 euros à mon arrivée ... On me dit avoir envoyé un mail avec le prix mais jamais reçu. De même j ai repondu au message par mail donnant mon heure d'arrivée et départ et la personne a soi disant rien recu... Pour les drapts lors du coup de téléphone : vous avez besoin de drap ? Ma réponse fut oui mais sans aucune indication de prix. Je pensais que cela etait dans le tarif.. Je suis habitué peut etre au fait que j'ai toujours eu des locations avec draps et serviettes fournis. -niveau propreté : beaucoup de petites araignées dans la chambre du haut (avec le balcon) principalement dans la salle de bain... Globalement satisfait mais les points d'amélioration a prendre en compte. Merci

Vacances au calme en famille

Sejour au calme en famille. Maisons bien entretenus et adaptés egalelement au + jeune. Jardins bien cloturés. Le logement est bien situé, à côte de la mer, foret et piste cyclable pour profiter pleinement de l'île.

Freundliches Haus für 2 Familien nahe dem Strand

Das Haus war freundlich und gut geeignet für zwei Familien. Sehr praktisch sind die drei Bäder, zwei davon als Ensuite-Bad und der Garten mit Liegestühlen, Grill, Hängematte und Tischtennis. Auch, dass der sehr schöne Strand direkt vom Haus aus zu Fuß durch den Pinienwald und mit Fahrrad erreichbar ist, ist toll. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Lage an der Straße. Der Straßenlärm störte zumindest in dem Zimmer, das komplett zur Straße ausgerichtet war (Kinderzimmer) und auch im Garten sind die Autos zu hören. Auch gegen Mücken sollte man sich wappnen- dies aber vermutlich auf der ganzen Insel, also unabhängig vom Haus. Trotzdem hatten wir eine angenehme Woche auf der sehr schönen Insel.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jacqueline et son mari qui sont adorables. La maison était parfaite pour notre groupe de 9 personnes. Séjour en famille très réussi

Notre séjour en famille a été réussi. La maison est spacieuse, la pièce à vivre est parfaitement adaptée aux réunions de famille, les 3 salles de bain sont un vrai plus. La mise à disposition de vélos a été très appréciée, d'autant que la piste cyclable passe juste devant la maison. Les commerces et plages sont à environ 5-10 min en vélos, la voiture peut rester facilement dans la cour tout le séjour. La communication avec la propriétaire des lieux a été très bonne.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben mit 9 Personen einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist überragend und man musste kaum auf etwas verzichten was man im eigenen Zuhause für den Alltag braucht. Die Garage ist unter anderem mit einem zweiten Kühlschrank, einer Waschmaschine, genügend Stauraum für beispielsweise Surfbretter und Fahrräder für 5-6 Erwachsenen + 3 Kinder ausgestattet. Dazu kommt eine sehr gute Lage, da das Haus direkt an einem Waldweg liegt, auf dem man innerhalb eines lockeren, 15 minütigen Spaziergangs zum nächstgelegenen Strand kommt (absoluter Traum, da gerade bei einer größeren Reisegruppe jeder unabhängig voneinander zum Strand kann und man somit nicht durchgehend auf Autos angewiesen ist). Im Garten verfügt man über eine Wäscheleine und einen Gartenschlauch der perfekt zur Säuberung der Surfbretter und Neoprenanzüge genutzt werden konnte. Auf der Terrasse steht ein Weber-Kugelgrill und ein großer Tisch, den man dank der angebrachten Leuchten auch noch nach Einbruch der Nacht hervorragend zum Essen benutzen kann. Alles in allem ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub in einem superschönen Haus. 5/5 Sternen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette grande maison très bien équipée, idéale pour famille avec enfants. Bien située à proximité de la plage et commerces de première nécessité. Les vélos mis à disposition sont vraiment un plus. Plage à 5min en vélo sans passer par la route (idéal avec les enfants). Échange rapide avec la propriétaire. Merci ! 🙂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette belle maison. Nous avons aimé le jardin, la terrasse, la proximité de la plage, où nous nous sommes rendus à pied où en vélo. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. La maison est très bien équipée et nous avons utilisé les vélos sur place ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous recommandons cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Tres belle maison, rénovée avec gout, bien située, a 5 min à vélo de l ocean. Propriétaires forts sympathiques. on profite du côté sauvage de cette île grâce à ses cyclables innombrables et reposants. Huitres, poissons, vins blancs, sur la terrasse sous les pins, avant une partie de ping pong et une balade en petit train. Le bonheur...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison idéale pour les groupes d amis ou grande famille. Très fonctionnelle, bien située par rapport à la mer, aux pistes cyclables et aux commerces à proximité. ( besoin de prendre la voiture ou les vélos toutefois). Nous recommandons vivement !
