Traditional house restored with very large enclosed garden maintained by a gardener opening into a kitchen, dining-room, following lounge with sofa and armchairs, TV-TNT, DVD player, INTERNET access, one bath room with WC and one shower room with WC on the ground floor. Upstairs: one bedroom with 160cm bed, one bedroom with 150cm bed, one bedroom with 140cm bed, one bedroom with 3x80cm beds. A shower room with WC. New or in good condition foam mattress. Crockery and kitchen utensils provided for ten. Duvets and blankets provided. Linen not provided, linen rental possible. Garden table and chairs, sun loungers (3), barbecue, games, Parking on the property.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  la Remigeasse. Le jardin est immense, sĂ©curisĂ©, au calme. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. La literie correcte, il y a trois salles de bains donc ce n’est pas l’embouteillage quand on rentre de la plage. La maison est aussi trĂšs bien situĂ©e, on peut aller Ă  la plage Ă  pied en 10 minutes, le bourg de Dolus est Ă  3 minutes en voiture, et on est au milieu de l’üle donc c’est facile d’aller partout. Il vaut mieux ĂȘtre avec des gens que l’on connaĂźt bien car l’une des chambres est en enfilade. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci aussi Ă  AgnĂšs qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs flexible sur l’arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part et nous a trĂšs bien accueillis.

Le charme de l'ancien

Tout le confort moderne (Ă©lectromĂ©nager) dans un cadre XIXe authentique; on ne dort pas tous les jours dans des lits Ă  baldaquin ! TrĂšs beau jardin entourĂ© de murs; excellente literie; calme : on entend Ă  peine les voitures passer sur la route, mais Ă  marĂ©e haute, on peut distinguer le doux bruit des vagues sur la plage toute proche. Le seul inconvĂ©nient est que la maison peut ĂȘtre un peu humide ; mais l'avis gĂ©nĂ©ral est: excellent !

La douceur de vivre

La propriĂ©tĂ© se trouve Ă  300 mĂštres de la plage donc situation exceptionnelle. La location est trĂšs calme, la literie est confortable. Tout fonctionne correctement dans la location La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs serviable. C’est vraiment agrĂ©able de sĂ©journer dans un lieu historique comme celui lĂ . Ideal gelegen, gut ausgestattet - Haus mit Charme. Einrichtung stilvoll zum Haus passend. Man konnte fast alles per Fahrrad im nahegelegenen Dolus-d'Olerron erledigen. Zum Strand zu Fuss auch kein Problem. Sehr ruhig, man konnte hervorragend schlafen. Und abends der Blick in den sehr großen Garten bei Sonnenuntergang - herrlich

The old house with its many rooms has its own charme. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. The same ist true for the terrace and the large garden. Te beach nearby (5 min. by bicyle) is very nice and never really crowdy). To the village or the shopping mall or the beach center with windsurfing and sailing it's 5 min. by car. All in all: good place to stay for a relaxing vacation!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Insbesondere fĂŒr Liebhaber alter HĂ€user.

Besonders schön ist der sehr große Garten, der rundum mit einer alten Natursteinmauer versehen ist. Ein schöner Anblick! Das Haus ist mit schönen alten Möbeln eingerichtet. An den WĂ€nden hĂ€ngen sehr schöne Drucke und alte Bilder. Fast wie im Museum! Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Besteck, GlĂ€sern, Kochtöpfen, Pfannen usw. ist vorbildlich. Großer KĂŒhlschrank! Alle ElektrogerĂ€te funktionieren gut. Ideal fĂŒr große Familien mit Kindern. Der sehr schöne Strand ist nur 700 Meter entfernt und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles 1a!

Delightful week on Isle D'oleron

A very grand house with beautiful outdoor space & only ten minutes walk from the beach at most. Lovely large kitchen and modern bathrooms. Cycle hire also only 10 mins away at local campsite so the whole holiday was possible without a car using the excellent cycle routes around the island. Nearby small town of Dolus has all available services - including a daily market as well as a weekly food fest which was great fun. Certainly a weeks worth of exploring on the Island and we left with a number of things we'd like to have done

Comme dans une maison de famille !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette demeure pleine de charme, offrant un grand espace de vie, un trés grand extérieur sécurisé. Cette location est proche de tout : plage et commerces (il faut dire qu'à l'Ile d'Oléron on est vite proche de tout !). Madame Robin nous a reserve un trés bon accueil, et pour tout dire, nous avons déjà recommandé cette location à des amis. Il nous tarde d'y retourner pour la 2nde fois, l'été prochain !
