Nice vacation home for a family stay

Very nice house, close to the beach. Perfect for a stay with small children since the area is completely fenced. The rooms are well equipped with nice antique furniture. Please be aware that there is only one bedroom. We installed our child in the living room and spent the evenings on the cosy terrace. The host is very very friendly and communication was easy. Check in and out was super easy. A great plus is the fig tree in the garden and the owner’s permission to get the tasty fruits :) Only drawback is the noise of the street and of the close camping site, but for us this was ok. It was a great stay and we consider to come back in future. Highly recommend vacation home.

Séjour très agréable à Oléron, la maison offrant le confort attendu est très bien située à Grand Village, au plus près des commodités, et disposant d'un très grand jardin. Pas de gêne particulière par la proximité de la route, une barrière naturelle coupant du bruit. Accueil très agréable de la propriétaire qui est à disposition en cas de nécessité. Logement à recommander.

La maison est bien équipée et correspondait à nos attente. Le jardin est grand et bien clôt.Les commerces sont à proximité.Nous avons passé un bon séjour.Nous avons juste regretté le bruit de la route au bout du jardin où donnait la terrasse et peut être des transats.

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Marie-Therese qui correspond bien à la description. Maison bien équipée et lit confortable. Le jardin est spacieux et clos, sans vis à vis. Marie-Therese est très réactive et arrangeante. Le seul petit bémol est la route le long du jardin, bruyante la première semaine de notre séjour (10/17 août) Marie-Therese s’est montrée à l’écoute et nous a très gentiment offert de petites compensations qui nous ont fait plaisir et dont nous la remercions encore. Le calme étant revenu par la suite, nous avons prolongé notre séjour de 4 nuits. Une bonne adresse non loin des commerces et de la plage.

UN VRAI RÉGAL

Quelle jolie petite maison lumineuse, très bien aménagée et meublée avec goût ! Un grand jardin sans vis à vis et ombragé par 5 magnifiques pins. Une propriétaire charmante toute à notre écoute et nos besoins. Située au mieux pour courses, ballades, excursions, vélos. Bref, que du bonheur .

Petite Maison simple, bien placé et Très agréable

Ancora qui dopo 7 anni

Il titolo è già chiaro: se scegliamo di tornare proprio in questa struttura dopo un po' di anni è proprio perchè la volta scorsa ci è piaciuta tanto! Grande, comoda (sia verso certe spiagge dove ci si arriva a piedi e sia verso il centro della cittadina) con ampio spazio esterno, attrezzata di tutto (WIFI a parte), estrema privacy garantita dalla folta vegetazione. Oleron è proprio bella e la proprietaria Signora Maria Therese è veramente una persona gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile! Grazie anche alla figlia Katia che ci ha assistito per le operazioni di check-in (ora molto comode con codice per l'accesso). Spero di tornarci ancora!!

Tres bon séjour dans une maison agréable et spacieuse, les environs sont pratiques ,proximité des commerces,des plages et des pistes cyclables.petit bémol,le terrain étant très grand et très végétalisé sur son périmètre, attention aux chiens qui ont beaucoup de talent pour trouver les failles..

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen, das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und der Garten ist noch viel größer als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand und ansonsten befindet sich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bar, Resto, Apotheke, Fahrradverleih)! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder!

Das Haus war war sehr gut eingerichtet.Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Geschäften war super.Leider hat die vorbeiführende Hauptstraße uns etwas gestört,war aber noch im Rahmen.Was uns verärgert hat, war ,dass Hunde vom 15.6 -30.9. am Strand nicht erlaubt waren,dies hat aber mit der Unterbringung nichts zu tun,die wirklich sehr gut war,Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich.Alles zusammen genommen war dies ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Urlaub.Die Unterbringung und die Vermieterin sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderbare Zeit

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Das Haus ist hell, gemütlich, schön und individuell eingerichtet, auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für unseren Hund gab es einen großen umzäunten Garten. Auf einem kurzen schönen Waldweg kommt man zu einem herrlichen Strand. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin verlief problemlos und überaus freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Très belle maison proche de la plage

Nous avons eu un contact très sympathique avec la propréitaire. Ainsi qu'un accueil familiaire lors de notre arrivé. La maison est très bon équipée avec un abri fermé pour les vélos. Nous avons passé un très bon, agréable et reposant séjour à Grand-village-plage.

Maison agréable, 15-20 minutes à pied pour aller à la plage de Vertbois. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Tout fonctionne. On peut laisser la voiture dans le jardin. Spacieux pour les chiens Améliorer: table à manger (sans différents niveaux), on manque un petit sillon. On écoute les poules, canards et oies du voisin (pour nous aucun problème). On écoute la musique du camping et soirée karaoke jusqu'à 23h30 presque tous les jours dans le jardin du maison. Domage La propriétaire est disponible pour consultations et très amical (recherche de solutions avec le conseil municipal pour le bruit)

Une maison de vacances qui était parfaite pour nous.

Nous y sommes restés pour une semaine avec notre chien. La maison est assez grande and très propre. Le jardin est grand et clôturé. La maison est à proximité des restaurants, la forêt et la plage. Un excellent emplacement.

superbe maison, ideale pour une petite famille. elle est conforme a la description, tres agreable. la proximite de la plage a pieds est appreciable. il faut neanmoins ne pas avoir peur de marcher. je recommande ce logement pour passer de bonnes vacances
