Welcome to Chalet Sigrid, made of local larch, of approximately 140m2.
South facing, in the highly sought after 'des Conchiers' area. It is located close to the village center, the slopes, and the departure points for hikes, which will allow you to do everything on foot.
4 bedrooms, one with free-standing bathtub, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Magnificent sunny terrace (25m2), panoramic with 180° view. Equipped with a table for convivial meals and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.
Large living room of 45 m2 with a beautiful local stone fireplace.

Superb modern spacious chalet - even for two families of 4 with teenage kids we were very comfortable with plenty of space. The chalet is very well equipped and tastefully decorated in a calm residential zone a few minutes walk from the centre of Monetier les Bains. We could have walked to the ski slopes (maybe 15 mins) but preferred driving as ample parking space near slopes if you are early enough (peak season...).The chalet offers a wonderful unobstructed South Western view from all floors of the valley and mountains with a lovely sunbaked terrace most of the day even in winter. The host's concierge was very flexible with arrival and departures and accommodated all of our needs. Would not hesitate returning!

Le chalet est exceptionnel avec une très grande pièce de vie et des chambres spacieuses. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et le sauna est clairement le petit truc en plus ! Nous en avons bien profité après les journées de ski! Je recommande à 200% ce logement

Comfortabel en sfeervol chalet in prachtig berggebied

We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in Le Monetier les bains. Het chalet is comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is ook heel ruim en licht maar toch sfeervol. Het balkon vonden we echt geweldig. Dankzij het mooie weer konden we daar bijna elke dag ontbijten en avondeten, genietend van het magnifieke uitzicht op de bergen. De omgeving is schitterend. We hebben fantastische routes gelopen, zoals Lac du Goleon, Col de l'Arsine, Lac de la Ponsonnière... Startpunten waren altijd binnen een half uur te bereiken. In het chalet lag informatie waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Ook voor mountainbiken is de omgeving heel geschikt. En een keer raften op de rivier de Guisane is ook een aanrader. Bakkerij en kleine supermarkt in Le Monetier les Bains zijn op loopafstand en ook voor een restaurantje en terrasje kun je daar goed terecht. Kortom: een bijzonder mooi chalet op een bijzonder mooie plek!

Chalet magnifique, cosy et chaleureux ! Très bien situé pour les amoureux du ski : à 5-7 min à pied des commerces du village et à 15 min max à pied des remontées ( avec consigne municipale pour le matériel de ski au pied des pistes très pratique ). On recommande vivement ce logement, vacances parfaites !!! Hôte et conciergerie très sympas :)

Le proprietaire nous avait prévenus que des travaux ( construction d un chalet ) étaient en cours juste à coté . Ce n était pas très joli, mais n a causé aucune nuisance ( sonore ou autre ) . Nous avons largement profité de ce joli chalet , parfaitement équipé . Un petit souci , facile à réparer : la serrure de la porte d entrée marchait mal et il fallait passer par le garage . J ai signalé ce problème en milieu de séjour au gérant ( par sms ) , et il n y a eu aucun retour . A part cela , tout s est très bien passé

Très beau chalet au Monetier-les-Bains, mais entouré de travaux….

Super chalet, très agréable, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Belle vue sur le massif. Belle terrasse. Proche du centre de Monetier. Adapté pour les familles. Nombreuses BD et DVD pour tous les goûts. Malheureusement des travaux tout autour, des construction de nouveaux chalets… toute la zone est en cours d’aménagement ne permettant pas de profiter pleinement de la quiétude espérée. A renouveler dans quelques mois…. Lorsque les lieux auront recouvert leur sérénité !

Le chalet est idéalement placé à moins de 10’ à pied des Bains de Monetier. Magnifique vue sur les massifs depuis le séjour et encore plus beau depuis la suite parentale. Chalet superbe, moderne et spacieux. Chaque vacancier peut profiter de son indépendance tout en privilégiant les moments de convivialité dans le spacieux séjour ouvrant sur une très belle terrasse idéale pour les déjeuners au soleil avec vue imprenable sur les massifs. Les pistes de ski ne sont pas loin et nous en avons profité au maximum avant de déambuler dans le très beau village du Monetier. Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir!

We want to share the beauty and comfort of this place with our guests.

Why they chose this property

We have chosen this place in the Serre Chevalier valley because of the village lifestyle and the quality of the Serre Chevalier ski resort, the most important and best equipped in the southern part of the Alps. There are 250 km of slopes, it is close to La Grave, and the skies are sunny all year round. There are also many other summer activities, such as hiking, canyonning, mountain biking, etc.

What makes this property unique

We bought another house in Monêtier les Bains, a seasonal rental. Our guests always have a great holiday in this house.
