Séjour d'une semaine en famille

Séjour très agréable, l'emplacement de la maison est très bien : proche de plusieurs plages très sympas, très proches des pistes cyclables et de commerces, dans un quartier calme. La maison était un peu humide à notre arrivée car la semaine précédent notre séjour était très pluvieuse, le grand soleil qui a suivi notre arrivée nous a permis de ventiler la maison e de profiter du très beau et grand jardin ainsi que des terrasses . Les équipements proposés pour la cuisine comme pour le jardin sont complets et fonctionnels pour un séjour en toute sérénité !

excellente semaine sur cette ile que nous revions de découvrir !!! des endroits sauvage oi nous avons pu pratiquer le velo, la course a pied et les ballades a pied aunsi qu'a cheval dans ces beaux espaces!!! et decouvrir de tres bon restaurant avec un acceuil des plus chaleureux. notre location etait parfaite !!!

DOMMAGE LE SITE EST BIEN

La maison non entretenue, pas de ménage sérieux, très humide, et la promesse de"couettes" n'a pas été respectée, à la place des couvertures d'un autre temps avec des couvres lit de l'époque de ma grand-mère. Le grill pain ne mérite pas d'accueillir du pain... Par contre l'agence médiatrice avec le propriétaire, super!

Ein guter Ort zum erholen

Wir hatten zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in dem Haus. Wir waren mit einem Hund dort, was überhaupt kein Problem darstellte. Wir haben den Garten nicht genutzt, lediglich die Terrasse, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Mit den Rädern ist man schnell am Strand. Die Insel ist super zum radeln und baden. Ende September konnte man noch ins Meer. Einzig die Stechmücken waren störend, aber dafür kann ja niemand etwas. 😀. Wir würden dieses Objekt wieder buchen.

Une très agréable maison, avec tout le nécessaire

La maison est bien située, au calme et proche du centre ville. Elle est bien aménagée et tout le nécessaire est là, pour la cuisine ou la vie quotidienne. Un terrain clôturé qui nous a permis de venir avec notre chien, sans aucun problème. Un bel endroit pour découvrir l’île d’Oléron

Mit dem Fahrrad zu den schönsten Stränden der Insel

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Wer gerne kocht, ist hier richtig! Der Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Das Wetter war gut, so dass wir immer draußen am langen Tisch gegessen haben, morgens mit Sonnenschirm und abends im schönen Licht der Abendsonne. Wir haben immer zur Straßenseite nach vorne gesessen, weil es zu dieser Seite sehr ruhig ist. Die schönsten Strände der Insel sind nicht weit. Die Fahrradwege auf der Insel sind hervorragend, so dass man die Insel völlig ohne Auto entdecken kann.

Wunderschöne Insel ist eine Reise wert

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde, hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf der Insel! Das Ferienhaus war so eingerichtet wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, um lecker zu kochen. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend geräumig, mit Schrankplatz und bequemen Betten. Da die Abende schon kühl waren, war es schön, heizen zu können. Schade fand ich, dass man den großen Kamin nicht benutzen konnte. Leider war auch die Beleuchtung im Wohn-/Esszimmer eher praktisch als gemütlich. Die betreuende Immobilienfirma aus dem Nachbarort war gut erreichbar, die Mitarbeiterinnen haben sich toll gekümmert. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nur 5 Gehminuten von dem kleinen Ortszentrum mit Supermarkt und Restaurants und ca 20 Gehminuten zum Strand. Der Weg dorthin führt durch einen schönen Pinienwald. Die Insel ist idyllisch und die Orte sind nicht weit voneinander entfernt, man konnte immer wieder die Lieblingsrestaurants und Läden besuchen. Auch zum Festland ist es nicht weit. Das einzig wirklich Negative muss ich über den eingezäunten Garten sagen, der das entscheidende Kriterium für die Wahl des Hauses war wegen unserer Hunde! Leider wächst in dem Garten über den gesamten Boden im hinteren Bereich eine bodendeckende Pflanze, die Dornen entwickelt, die dann getrocknet über das ganze Areal verteilt waren. Der erste Ausflug in den Garten war für die Hunde ein Desaster, beide hatten nach einigen Schritten in allen Pfoten mehrere Dornen stecken, humpelten irgendwie ins Haus und bluteten. So konnten wir die Hunde nicht mehr rauslassen trotz schönem Wetter und umzäunten Grundstück. Ich halte das auch für Kinder sehr gefährlich, die beim Spielen doch immer mal wieder hinfallen oder vielleicht auch mal barfuß gehen wollen. Wirklich enttäuschend!!!!!! Die Insel hat es mir trotzdem angetan und ich würde gern wieder hinfahren.

La location est mitoyenne ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce ! et peut devenir gênant quand les voisins ont un chien. ..La chambre du bas est vraiment petite et le matelas aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf. Maison assez "sonore ". La terrasse arrière est dangereuse pour des enfants en bas âge( pas de barrière sécurité). Gîte proche commerces , ce qui est agréable .Seul bémol : le bruit des animations est donc perçu le soir.Bon séjour quand même, mais maison qui pourrait être améliorée niveau entretien et confort.
