The Space:
Welcome to my beautiful 5-bedroom home, where luxury and comfort are at the forefront of every aspect of the property. Each of the bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, providing guests with a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring or just relaxing by the pool. Speaking of the pool, it is one of the highlights of the property and truly a feast for the eyes. Ranging from 4ft to 9ft end to end with a median depth of 6ft, the pool is open for use during the swim season from April to October, making it the perfect place for a refreshing dip on warm days, socializing with friends, or simply soaking in the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. In addition to the pool, guests can also enjoy outdoor seating areas, as well as a brand-new propane-powered grill for outdoor cooking. The fully equipped kitchen provides guests with all the tools they need to prepare delicious meals, and the spacious living area is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day. Whether you're looking to escape and relax, or seeking adventure and exploring the local area, my home has everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. The entire unit is private and only for your use, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without any interruptions.

Your keyless entry code will be sent to you before 3 PM on the day of your arrival, making check-in a breeze. With the code, you'll be able to easily enter the property and make yourself at home. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our team is always available to help.

BEFORE BOOKING:
➜Please make sure your profile is up-to-date and complete
➜All guests must be at least 21 years old

PET POLICY:
➜Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that they stay off the furniture and bedding
➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets

EXTRA GUESTS:
➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest
In compliance with Airbnb's Party Ban, no more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time

VISITORS:
➜Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest
