Waterfront Villa, Private Pool & Kayaks

This 2 bedroom villa styled vacation home overlooks the charming canals of Providenciales in the lovely Cooper Jack Bay. Two (2) free Kayaks are included for use on your stay!

The home is fully air-conditioned with units in all bedrooms and living areas. For those moments when you want to be indoors, but still enjoy the lovely Caribbean breeze, there are large sliding doors and windows, all fully screened to keep pesky bugs/mosquitos at bay.

Indoors:

On the lower level you will find your two (2) bedrooms, each featuring:
- Queen Sized Bed (1)
- Flat Screen TV
- Closets
- En Suite Bathrooms

On the upper level you'll find your kitchen, powder room, living and dining areas. It also features a deck spanning the length of the home, ensuring uninterrupted views of the pool, water canals and terrain.

The upper level can be accessed in two ways; via an outdoor staircase or via indoor stairs - the choice is yours!

Outdoors:
My family loves the outdoors and I hope yours do too. The house is equipped to make you comfortable while there. Here are a few things to do:
- Grill up a steak (or veggies if that's more your style)
- Unhook the Kayaks and take them for a spin. Here's the deal, you have unlimited rides for the whole time you are here! And before you ask, you absolutely cannot take them home with you! :-)
- Canal Diving (It's a thing! I promise - check out the pic of my girls doing it).
- Go for a dip in the pool or simply lay out and work on your tan.

Boring Stuff
- Your home is equipped with a safe for your documents and valuables.
- In the case of a power outage, there is a back up generator on site, so hang on for a couple seconds and it should take care of itself.
- In the event of a fire, the kitchen has fire extinguishers.
