Impeccably furnished by a local decorator, your vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and seating for 10. Enjoy access to an outdoor pool and a workout center with Gulf views while staying fit on vacation. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD and the living area boasts a large flat screen TV for your entertainment needs.

The beach is just a short stroll away, with easy access to a boardwalk and popular inlet from the Gulf that leads to the Lagoon. For those looking to simply relax and enjoy the views or fill their time with activities, this is the perfect spot for you.

Please note, this is a non-smoking unit. No smoking is permitted inside or outside, including porches and balconies. Parking is limited and each reservation is restricted to 1-2 cars, as determined by the condo association. No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts are allowed in the designated parking area. Elevators provide easy access to each level.

All monthly rentals must be in the same calendar month to receive the monthly rate. The minimum age requirement for booking this unit is 25 years old, and this rule is strictly enforced. Please note, check-in codes will be texted to guests on their day of arrival.

The overall property is very nice. The lockbox with the key is hard to find considering it doesn't have the condo number labeled on it.

September 2023 Stay

The check in process was great, the condo was perfect for our family. Each family had their own personal bathroom. It had all the kitchen items we needed. We had our own beach toys, but there were boards, sand buckets and other Beach items available. Everyone was very friendly. The views were beautiful. The weather could not have been more perfect. The water was crystal clear. It was a wonderful vacation and we all hated to leave. Definitely will be back!!!☀️🌊🏖️

Long Overdue

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Sanibel was great! We enjoyed the Condo. Grandsons spent a good bit of time fishing. The late afternoons were cool, breezy and beautiful.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on this property for the past two years. These units are plenty big enough for a family 4+. Kitchen could use a little more cookware, but we were able to make it all work. Access to the beach is directly across the street. All units have an ocean view. Overall, it is a good place to stay.
