Lagoon Tower 1402 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 14th floor, located just across the street from the Gulf. STUNNING views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf. Lagoon Tower is a low-density complex with only two units per floor.



Unit features:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the master bedroom, with incredible views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon



• Tile flooring is in the living area; carpet is in the bedrooms



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four, plus four barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features double vanities and a jetted tub



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



• Maximum of two cars allowed



• No trailers allowed on the premises

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The first thing that took our breath away was the incredible view – it was absolutely stunning and even better than we expected. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery from the balcony was just unforgettable. The condo was much more spacious than we expected. We will definitely look to stay here again.
