Wilson’s Bay Retreat is a beautifully decorated 2000+ sq ft, 3 BR / 3 Bath condo that offers you a unique experience on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. You get the best of both worlds in this Gulf-to-Bay end unit with both GULF and BAY balconies. Bel Sole' is a low density, access controlled high rise complex located just across the street from the beach with private gated beach access on the residential end of West Beach with 3 units per floor. The views are spectacular, the beaches unmatched, NOT crowded AND unlike most condo’s on the AL Gulf coast. Bel Sole is the ONLY Beach and Bay front resort on the Alabama Gulf Coast with our own private beach on the GULF and marina on the bay !!!

This spacious open floor plan condo includes a newly updated KITCHEN with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, separate ice-maker/wet bar and all the modern conveniences you would find at home. The kitchen is stocked with upgraded pots & pans, silverware, dishes & glasses and almost any special kitchen item you might NOT expect to find at a rental condo (see guest comments). In addition to a coffee maker, we also provide our guests a Keurig Coffee maker (if you prefer to bring your own coffee pods). Our goal is to convince you our kitchen / condo is one of the BEST STOCKED you will find on the gulf coast :<) The kitchen opens to a bar top that seats 3, a small desk space, dining area (seats 6) , living area and the BAY.

The over-sized LIVING ROOM offers ample seating for up to 8 guests to gather & recover from a great day on the beach or watch their favorite show/sporting event on the 65in HD CABLE TV. The living room includes a new couch & love seat & 2 comfy chairs. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows / sliding doors provides great views of the bay and leads to the large bay side balcony

SLEEPING QUARTERS:
The modern MASTER BEDROOM includes a king-sized bed, ample dresser space, work desk and an over-sized walk-in closet. Double sliding doors provide amazing gulf views and access to the GULF Balcony to enjoy coffee / cocktails while you watch the sun rise or set. The recently remodeled, over-sized MASTER BATH includes a large vanity with double sinks, ample counter space, a large walk in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub AND great views of the GULF. The master bedroom is equipped with a 55 in, wall mounted flat panel HD cable TV.

The recently remodeled 2ND MASTER BEDROOM includes a king sized bed and a completely renovated, large private bath with a walk-in shower. Double sliding doors provide access to the shared GULF Balcony with seating to enjoy the view of the white sugar sand while you enjoy the beverage of your choice.

The 3RD BEDROOM is a perfect haven for the kids and includes a Queen bed & 1 set of twin bunk beds - room sleeps 4. This bedroom also includes a flat panel HD cable TV. A 3rd over-sized bathroom is located just outside the bedroom off the hall.

The unit includes a full-size washer & dryer for your in condo use. In addition, on the Bay balcony, we provide an electric grill for those nights you want to cook in and enjoy dinner on the bay.

BEL SOLE AMMENITIES for our guests include a beautiful outdoor pool on the bay which leads to a one of a kind fishing pier/marina. In addition, there is an indoor pool and fitness room overlooking the bay. The complex offers private secure, deeded beach access located directly across the street from Bel Sole'. Roll your beach cart effortlessly from the lobby to the beach with NO STEPS. Bel Sole provides onsite chair, umbrella & other beach stuff rentals thru High Wave Beach Service (251) 600-9660

WILSON’s BAY RETREAT EXTRAS provided: To simplify your stay, we provide our guests...
1) 2 chairs, 1 umbrella & 1 small beach table thru our on-site beach chair service (included in your rental). Feel free to rent any additional chairs needed OR... we provide access to our storage locker for extra beach chairs, umbrellas & misc beach toys. Included is a beach cart to easily roll it to your spot on our private beach.
2) Over-sized beach towels.

* SLEEPING CAPACITY: Maximum 8 guests (STRICTLY enforced).
* GUEST PARKING: LIMIT 2 CARS per guest unit (STRICTLY enforced during summer & peak weeks). Parking passes must be displayed in vehicle at all times.
* SMOKING POLICY: Wilson’s Bay Retreat is a completely NON-SMOKING unit including the balconies (so NOT to bother nearby units). Guests of our unit, we ask that if you do need to smoke, you may smoke in the parking lot.
* Excellent High Def CABLE TV & in unit WIRELESS INTERNET provided. You won't struggle to find your favorite channels much like a lot of those over-the-air products or access good internet anywhere in the condo (balcony-to-balcony internet)!

Peak Season: 5 night Minimum stay. Summer Holiday weeks 6 night minimum. Saturday & Sunday arrivals & check-ins allowed unless a few left over days are available on the front end or back-end.
