This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Parking was very inconvenient, far and difficult in light of getting our stuff up into the unit and out at the end of our stay. Construction was intense along the street and loud. The unit itself was clean and pretty well stocked. Never saw the bikes that came with the unit.

We are lucky to have off-street parking as many downtown rentals do not. The city road construction has luckily wrapped up. Come back soon we would be happy to host.
Very comfortable beds. Clean and well decorated space. The neighborhood is a bit transitional though easy waking distance to the northeast end of King St. As of March 2026, construction noise started at 5:30a everyday, not 8am as described in the listing. Also, the toilet basically worked but required some attention to get it to flush correctly. Property manager was responsive and communication was easy.

I know you can't help it but the construction across the street was very loud. It distrubted our sleep and made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the porch was unusable because it was covered in dirt from the construction as was all the railings and stairs.Finally, the toilet did not work well.
