Great location! Alittle noisy with the homes across the way, but the beds were extremely comfy. Charleston is a great city and we were able to walk everywhere from this location. Great hosts too, would recommend!
We had a great stay at 1850s Charleston Treasure; The location was amazing; very clean; Paul was wonderful to work with and so helpful; we were able to walk to all of the great places in downtown Charleston; Paul left suggestions/tips for places to eat and visit; it was a wonderful experience
Can't say enough good things about this place. The location was fantastic- close walk to great coffee place and walkable to all of downtown Charleston. Appreciate the recommendations that the host provided and loved the cute porch.
Once you park your car, there's no need for it until departure. The location is perfect for walking to area restaurants, shops and attractions. Paul and Anna are very friendly and willing to help with anything needed.
Our visit to Charleston was amazing and we had a wonderful time. Our hosts Paul and Anna were the absolute best and I highly recommend them. If we ever make it back to Charleston we will be staying here again. I wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was decorated so cute and the beds were extremely comfortable. We give our hosts 5 stars out of 5. Thanks for everything!!
What an incredible, historical and charming home! This beautiful house was in a perfect location where we could easily walk the town. Paul was a great host and greeted us upon arrival and was gracious and accommodating in every way! We loved our stay here!
We had a great stay at Paul's place. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of room to spread out. The apartment was quiet and had everything we could need. Best yet, we didn't need a car and could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
Location was perfect for walking to everything downtown. So convenient but set back enough to not have the noise at night. The place was so well equipped and clean and very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay - can’t wait to come back !!
Paul and Anna were fantastic hosts. The property was just wonderful and the location was walking distance to historical landmarks. Highly recommended. Certainly would stay again. Thank you
The property was even better than we expected and the location could not be better. It was walkable to so many hotspot but also quiet and cozy. The host was responsive and very friendly. I would look to book this location when returning to Charleston! 10/10 recommend!
The location was wonderful. We were able to walk absolutely everywhere. We have come down frequently since getting married in Charleston in 2016 and this was our favorite stay. Paul and Anna were very attentive and had a great list of local recommendations for us upon arrival. Apartment was spacious & clean.
My first VRBO and the host did not disappoint (even had a dish of candy from our hometown! Beautifully decorated and spacious. Enjoyed the deck space as well. Great location...everything is within walking distance so there is no need for a car. Really enjoyed the restaurant recommendations...we tried several and they were delicious!
I was in Charleston for a few days of meeting at College of Charleston. This location was perfect to walk to my meetings and downtown. Clean and comfortable.
Our hosts completed our stay with fresh flowers upon arrival, a handwritten thank you card at check out, and local recommendations for our stay. W loved the location, it was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Thank you Paul!
The property was well staged, sented candle fresh flowers. It gave maritime feel with southern charm. Property owners were very friendly and very accommodating. I would stay there again. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic pink house. We appreciated the location which allowed us to walk to many sites and the coffee shop almost next door was an added plus. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place if you have no trouble with climbing a flight of stairs (as it’s on the 2nd floor) or doing a fair amount of walking.
We had a wonderful stay in Charleston. The property was located close to King Street with lots of shops & restaurants. It was an easy walk wherever we wanted to go in Historic Charleston. The owners were on property & were available if need be. We had no issues. The unit is decorated nicely & we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
A perfect location in Charleston! We were able to walk to all the city highlights and we drove to several beaches and tourist sites with never spending more than 20-25 minutes in the car. Paul and Anna were welcoming and provided some great suggestions for dining, sunsets views, and must-dos in Charleston! The home was comfortable, definitely more space than we needed (mother/daughter trip), and absolutely beautiful!! Would return in a heartbeat!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Paul’s property. It was very clean and conveniently located in downtown Charleston! It was an easy walk to both King St. and Market St.
When we arrived at the property, it was very clean and Paul even had a candle going.
Paul was very responsive to a minor issue that we encountered. I’d stay here again and would encourage others to do so!
PS - The bed was very comfortable. Much appreciated, after walking our tails off throughout town.
